OPA! of Greece Quance Street

First time at this location, friendly staff, food was warm, sauce was great. Manager asked me how my meal was. GREAT!

I often forget about Opa as an affordable, healthy choice in the fast food landscape. The new Santorini plate with a shrimp skewer really hit the spot at lunch.

It's opa, the food is meh, and the prices have gone insane, for two people it was over $40.00, with minimal customizations. Dry chicken and soggy salad seems to be the theme. Staff was nice but not the reason I'm going to a restaurant.

You can't expect five stars when the vegetables are out of season. Still better than a greasy old Burger. This was in January.

Very small portions of calamari compared to all other locations. Very rubbery also, and they don't cook long enough that the flour dusted inside the larger tentacle parts are still dowey And trust me I eat OPA everywhere.

I enjoy going here regularly and getting their falafel wrap and fries. Usually wheat and dairy bothers my stomach, but nothing here bothers me! The staff is always nice. Sometimes they're chicken is off, but you can't mess up falafel.

I LOVED opa for years and years but I’ve noticed the portions have gone down so much and the price of course is up. For what I am paying it’s frustrating there is 1 teaspoon of feta cheese on my wrap, small amount of veggies, a half full portion cup of tzatziki sauce. I buy another one and for almost $2 it’s not even full. The customer service is good, just disappointing the portions and quality of food has gone down hill.

Service is always quick and friendly. Food is good, and cooked/ prepared properly - it is always presented well. Restaurant is clean and tidy, as are the washrooms. Great place to get a quick salad!

I wasn't aware that Opa! Existed outside of food courts. Good quality food in a much quieter setting. Best fries on the planet.

Stood in line for 10 minutes watching them fill a skip the dishes order while the line continued to back out, terrible customer service so we left.

****See update below*****Portions are small food was alright at best, the lamb kabob was raw still. I don't think I'd go back not impressed. $16 for 2 cup of rice, 3 pitas, 1 kabob and a potatoe beside a cup of lettuce. *photo deleted *

Management was quick to reply and was very friendly. I brought my grandparents to try the food with me we all enjoyed the reimbursement. And my grandparents might be visiting your location aswell. New customers are always a great thing:) thank you opa for fixing the issue I'd consider coming back in the future. The portions are a tad small but the greens are always fresh and the quality it pretty well.

Was super busy after we got there. They had 5 skip orders come in so we had a long wait for our food. When we did get it it was fresh and delicious though. Friendly staff.
