Bought the Arc'teryx Sinsola hat in BLACK which was sold out everywhere.well almost. I found this hat at Outter Limits. Excellent service and fast shipping. Time of order and arrival of the hat happened within a week. So very pleased with the update communication: receiving the order, shipping and delivery. Top notch service. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They can tell you about any of the products without feeling like pushy sales people.

First time order from Outter Limits online, and I am very impressed with their fast next day shipping, followup email and professional packing. You would notice all those little details thats stands out from other top brand online store. For example; the little sticker on the box that reminds you to open the box carefully and they put a little cardboard underneath the opening to protect the item incase people might use a razor blade to open the box. These tiny details shows how professional they are. Extremely satisfy and will sure buy again soon. Highly recommended.

I just visited this store on Broadway Ave. (I have bought products here before)
I saw online that they have products of a brand of shirts that I’m looking for. So when I entered this store there were some staff close to the till and nobody greeted me. A guy with long hair saw me looking for shirts in a rack and he didn’t offer help and when I was about to ask him he walked quickly to the back and started doing something else. I felt offended with such rudeness. Then I decided to leave the place and none of the other associates asked me if I needed help.
I was there to buy not to steal. I won’t visit this store again. I would give 0 start if I could.

Ordered a travel backpack from them. Came on time and was very good price compare to other places (even amazon was selling 110$ more).

Picked up a pair of snowshoes this weekend. They had great selection and even brought up some cardboard so I could try them on without damaging either the snowshoes or the floor. The staff are clearly excited about what they do and are always very helpful. Always trying to find an excuse to come here!

I found Outter Limits online searching for a specific Osprey pack. So impressed by the price already, and then the free shipping (we're in Toronto). Then I got a further email offer to discount more for some scuffs on it from being the floor model. Impressive customer service and now on my radar for online gear shopping for sure.

Great selection of all types of gear and very friendly staff. The store is really fun with lots of local tidbits sprinkled inside like maps and guides. Changerooms are really nice too and it's just great to have an awesome local outdoors shop on Broadway!

They got some impressive collections of outdoor gear. The best part is their staff. They take time to understand your needs and wants and then suggest appropriate gear from their collection. Not a lot of places now a days offer that kind of service. Keep it up.

It's like a Costco or Lee Valley trip. You just don't leave without spending at least $100, but you're happy to have done so. Especially for my spouse, serious deals can be had on women's apparel from time to time. Friendly and knowledge staff.

I love outer limits they don't always have the stuff that I want but did you have lots of good variety and they bringing the best equipment that is being created today in this world. And they're fine with my dog running around there which is great because nothing is better than being able to walk to the store with your dog so that your dog gets wonderful exercise and then bring your dog in. I find the staff pretty knowledgeable most of the staff uses most of the product and they have great seasonal sales

Great place, nice staff. They'll carry brands that other places in Saskatoon won't have. Not cheap but good quality items.

I love this little local business competing with the big boys. Prices are good, staff is knowledgeable and helpful and fun. Outter Limits also puts back into the community in so many ways.

The products and staff are great. If you plan to shop here, it should be done so with a big budget as almost every item is expensive.

The store had exactly what I expected it to. The only downfall was the layout. At times it was hard to manoeuvre (it was also weekend shopping). Great shop. I will definitely return!

I used to shy away from places like this just because I felt like I couldn't afford to shop there. Still, a year or 2 ago I bought a North Face jacket there because it was on sale for 1/2 price. Recently though, I was having issues with the jacket so I brought it in to the store to see if it could be repaired. Turns out some problems were reparable, but one wasn't. They offered to replace the jacket with a new one or refund the complete purchase price in the way of store credit. I opted for the store credit. It just so happened that they were having a 20% off sale that day as well, so they set me up with an awesome Arc'Teryx jacket that normally I would walk right by because of the price tag. The high quality of the products they sell along with their unbeatable customer service makes shopping there worth every penny you spend. Thanks to the staff and in particular the fellow who helped me (can't recall his name now). Top-notch service and I'm thrilled with my purchase! After this experience, I am a customer for life here.

Outter Limits was the only site I could find online to purchase the backpack I wanted for a trip to Thailand (departing same week). I ordered it on Tuesday around noon, and it arrived 48 hours later in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Bag was exactly what I needed, and I am very happy with my experience!
