Had someone come 2 weeks ago to take a look at our garage and give us a quote for a new one as the top panel on ours had become damaged. After not hearing back for a week I called and was told I should have the quote by the end of the week (they also had to get my email on this call as that’s how they send the quote and no one had even asked for it yet). I then called again yesterday morning as it’s been another week with no contact and was told they’d “let the guy know I’m looking for the quote”. Did not receive anything by the end of the day. If it takes that long for a quote (even after contacting them twice and being told I’d have it) I don’t wanna know how long it takes for any real service. Will be contacting another company.

The service was exceptional, the wait time very reasonable which was the following morning. The technician introduced himself at the door and determined the other spring on the garage including the broken one was worn. I replaced both! Better to deal with it now than winter! Morley was thorough; answered my many questions without hesitation. He was persistent to fix the door alignment until it was right! Awesome work within an hour! I had dealt with Overhead Door since they replaced the original 25 years ago! Always pleased with the service!

DO NOT go with this company!

Our garage door stopped working on a weekend in -30 weather. They told us the repairs were covered because they had originally installed our garage doors and they were done incorrectly.

Months later, out of no where, they send us a bill charging us and changing their story saying they did not instal them originally and we owed them money for the repairs?

They sent us a threat letter saying they will put a lien on our house if we didn't pay this bill.

Extremely misleading, disorganized, and dishonest is all that needs to be said.

Hopefully this review can help others from having to experience something similar to what we had to go through!

It was a bitterly cold day. One of the cables for our garage door broke, and we were unable to get our primary vehicle out of the garage. Calling around, everyone was busy. Overhead Door said they were busy, but would make every effort to slot us in somewhere. True to their word, later in the day Ben and Corey show up. Got our vehicle out, AND repaired the door. A+ in my books. Thank you for helping us in our time of need!

The Service and installation experience was absolutely amazing, from the very first phone call to the office, until the finished, high quality installation. Have had zero issues. An amazing company. Thank you so much everyone. David Reside
