I don't write reviews but felt a need to comment on the Great service we have received since moving into a new house built by Oxford homes. The team, Gary (owner), Navi, and Surinder are awesome and very professional. They are always there to listen to your issues and resolve the same at the earliest. They did a great job in building the house with the perfect layout and finishes. We really like the house built by Oxford Homes! Even after months after moving in, the team calls to take the feedback and take care of any issues at utmost priority!

Working with Oxford Homes was a great experience! The best of the best! The consultation process was very easy and helpful, I absolutely love the way it looks! We were given recommendations on how they could improve my house and floor plan so it could look better, the work was finished about 2-3 days ago and I’m absolutely in love with everything! I would 100% recommend Oxford Homes if you’re looking for flawless work! Oxford Homes helped me achieve my dream of building my home from the ground up and to my comfort level!

NOT Better Business Bureau accredited but they advertise it. This is FALSE advertising! And they keep their work sites very dirty which blows tons of garbage onto neighbouring properties. Their contractors are not respectful and will damage neighbouring properties.

I would avoid at all cost.
They were kicked out of the Saskatchewan New Home Warranty and Saskatoon Region Home Builders Association for a reason. They have no affiliation with BBB either. If you want to know what to expect just ask the many homeowners that have unfinished houses months after moving in. This company should not be in the business of building peoples homes.

Money come in door they will wag tails like innocent puppy in need of help.say yes to everything you ask for.you wil feel gud.you put deposit down and get mortgage you will see true colors.cheap price will rob ur sleep.u will gain weigh depressed.know u cant do anything.this is city homes part 2.u greed to screw people god will take away money can't buy bad health.

Just wanted to start off by thanking the staff at OXFORD homes for going above and beyond! I purchased a beautiful high quality home with many luxurious upgrades from Oxford homes back in 2020. Very pleased with my home and service provided by Oxford. Even after 1year walk they and sign off any issues I have had they taken care it with no hassle. Recently had an issue with furnance blower fan (not any fault of builder) 2 years later they came out and replaced it with no problem. Prompt and professional service, great communication and always provide feedback and help with any concerns. Have had other homes built by other builders, once the 1year walk they done was told not to deal with issue my self. Oxford has been excellent in this aspect and also quality of building beautiful high end homes.

Bought a 1700 sqft two storey with detached garage. Great value, patiently accommodated last moment changes.

I am truly baffled by all stellar reviews on the page. I wonder if the builder paid for them. I am unhappy with the result business we have done with this builder. He is not at all good. Biggest mistake of my life. Run don't walk away from him.

I had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Although no house is perfect the team addressed my issues and followed up accordingly. I’ve heard a lot of things about building your own home but they made it a great experience for me, especially with a lot of personal changes I had going on during the process. The neighbourhood is great but the builders were attentive and communicated often

I wish i paid attention to these poor reviews, these people are highly crooked and very fraudulent. Do not get fooled by their acts and that temporary act. They will rob your comfort and your peace.
They scam people for a living, they don’t build houses.
They switched so many things without our permission and just make excuses for everything, everything is a lie from them, Gary, Darshan and that other fellow that sit there, they are all frauds and liars

Be aware from the Oxford Home. The builder Gary and with his partner Navi Gill is a arrogant people. The main problem of this company is they does not have any professionalism, they cannot deliver the homes on time. If you decide to build a house I will definitely recommend you never go to this company. It will destroy your life and sleep. Better look for another builder if you want your house deliver in a peaceful way.
I wish city just banned this company.

I am building a home with Oxford. It has been a worthwhile experience as I got what I needed at the end with some unexpected delays. Building a custom house is never smooth, but we resolved the situations with respect and dignity. With pandemic and busy schedules, I understand some delays, but Darshan Singh and Garry are good at talking them through and positively reassuring us. I like all their trades as everybody did a fantastic job. I like the quality of the material they used and wish them all the best!

Worst builders in Saskatoon, terrible work quality, and horrible and no customer service whatsoever, once your problems start good luck getting anything done. I will post pictures of our cracked garage pad, our unfinished work after months of possession. The plumbing has been done cutting so many corners that its just unbelievable, they put in gas line in our kitchen WITHOUT ANY GAS LINE PERMIT and few other code violations in the machine room (we had to call the gas inspector to inspect and have everything pointed out and open the permits again to be fixed
Please be very careful and look for your options wisely.

The first thing I want to say, even though I am from the same community as he is from, still I would not recommend this builder. Worst builders in Saskatoon, terrible work quality, and horrible and NO customer service. This Garry (owner of the company) acts like your best friend but trust me he is far from that.
