Very nice place, the landlords were nice and very considerate when we moved in making sure to check everything and reassure us on what would be fixed or changed

The apartments are very expensive, the construction of the bildings is very poor, you can hear neighbors above you when they are walking and when they are talking. Nobody's checking up on people who want to rent apartments because they do not care anymore. Only money is important. Landlords do not even respect the tenants, and maintenance is very bad, is not effective, and they do not even come for emergencies. It is best to avoid these people and they buildings with bad bugs.

I live here for around 4 years but they don’t care about maintenance and cleaning in a stairs and lobby As well as in a suit.
When u call for any help never got satisfied answer from new staffs. No more satisfaction from this agency.

The dishwasher in my suite failed and left a mess that lead to the subfloor, lino and dishwasher itself needing to be replaced. This was all done, done quickly and expertly. I am very satisfied with the materials and the work that was completed. Extremely satisfied with the staff members who attended this and completed the work. Neil, Ali, Jason and Zoi, I thank you all!

Issues are heard, clarified, addressed and resolved as quickly as possible. Staff are professional, pleasant and understanding. Buildings are maintained and security is a priority. Keep up the good work Boardwalk staff at Palace Gates!

Tremendous effort by employees to help you in any way you need. Had a plumbing emergency that couldn't have been handled more efficiently, professionally and immediately.

Fantastic quiet neighbors, however the staff isn't accommodating. I rented with Palace Gates for 2 years. I had to battle with them to get a new oven installed as mine was ANCIENT and burning all my food at the correct temperatures and times. Not only did they FINALLY replace it. But they replaced it with an oven that was half the size as my original. I was extremely upset when NONE of my bake ware fit inside the oven. They did nothing to compensate for that fact. When I moved out January 2022 there was a big snowfall. I called the office 4 hours before my movers were supposed to show up to politely ask if they can get the bobcat to shovel in between C and D building (as bobcat was shoveling on the A and B building side. Couple hours passed. Bobcat is put away and our side of the parking lot was not shoveled. I called 3 separate times to get it shoveled and was told they will make that happen. We'll my movers showed up and guess who had to shovel the side of my building. ME. I had multiple complaints throughout my 2 years there and I was ignored almost everytime or devalued. I was dealing with Zoi and Sarah (I think her name was) most of the time. And they did not respect my side of things AS A RESIDENT. I still rent with boardwalk, in another building and I've never had an issue over here. Staff is unbelievable at Palace Gates. They dont make anything happen.

Lots of bugs.found three dead caterpillars in my room and two other in the kitchen and bathroom.i can't forget the time where a centipede crawled onto my bed.hoping to move out soon if they don't fix their bug problems.

I was never told about bugs (cockroaches specifically) when touring the apartment, but shortly after moving in learned the building had a cockroach problem. This required roughly 3-4 trips (can't remember exactly) from an exterminator, causing us to be frequently displaced from our apartment.

Maintenance requests were filled quickly, but often needed to be redone 2-3 times to get it right. Several of the "fixes" the maintenance staff performed were simply using scotch tape (yes you read that correctly, scotch tape) or other garbage fixes that would immediately fall apart.

There's an absolute laundry list of things I could go into for why someone would want to avoid this place. Do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs.

We love living here. Maintenance requests are attended to right away and the staff both doing maintenance and in the office are so pleasant and helpful. And I like their community involvement re events and promotions.

I am very pleased! What a wonderful place to live! If I wasn’t moving in with my boyfriend I would stay. Such a great area full of amazing people and a very family friendly neighborhood. Such a safe neighborhood and quiet place to live! I loved being here and I am going to miss it! Loved the company very professional and always kept the place clean and welcoming! I had not one issue and no complaints! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! I’m definitely going to rent through boardwalk again in the future! Also this complex is fantastic! Staff and neighbours are super friendly and it feels like a secure home! I am going to miss it here. What a fantastic apartment! I have all but positive things to say about this place. Loved my apartment so much! What a great and amazing experience! If I could give a 100 stars to this place I would! Thank you for all you guys do and I hope to rent with you guys again in the future!

Not the greatest place to rent. 1300/month and the maitainence requests get dealt with sometimes.they came in while we were sleeping to fix the bathroom wall during the pandemic with little to no notice because of old leaking pipes they have in the building. (Very intrusive if you ask me)

The staff here at Palace Gates were very friendly, maintenance was always done quickly and I have had no issues in the over 8 years I was a tenant here. To top it off they gave me back my entire damage deposit afterwards (minus carpet steam cleaning). I would definitely recommend Palace Gates to anyone looking for a nice apartment complex with friendly staff and neighbors.

Despite COVID19.got very prompt response to maintenance requests last week - new fridge and new bathroom sink faucets all fixed up within 3 days.maintenance staff are friendly and the front office desk staff have always been professional.the rent is still a bit high but internet now comes with the apartment.have been a happy tenant for EIGHT YEARS.
