Panago Pizza

I haven't had Panago since probably 2009.it used to be a treat to order here, but this is not the pizza I remember. I was extremely disappointed.: (the dips also had a very unusual taste to them. Sorry to say but I will probably never order from here again.

Blah! Not good just moved to the north end and ordered. Pizza wasn’t even cut properly. Crust didn’t seem cooked all the way gummy chewy gross bland. Blah never again!

So my first experience here was a bit rocky as they sent me the wrong pizza (two of the same) and they forgot my garlic dip. However the customer service line was super polite, apologetic and even gave me a bonus on top of my refund. So I said after that I'd give them another chance. So I called them again tonight and placed an order. The customer service rep was very pleasent and used the small credit on my account on the order and suggest a nice ad on but wasn't pushy. The food came quick and was hit and was exactly as ordered. The driver again was supper friendly yet maintained good social distancing. He also spent the time to try my gift card twice and was patient and understanding. All in all an awesome experuence and great tasting food.
