I have been to this store many times had to go there today and the staff that was working today was totally unhelpful so went to another that the staff there was more than willing to help and find the parts needed

We're very happy with Paradise Leisurescapes. We looked at a couple of different places and Lorne was the only one who even asked for our business. He had good follow up and treated us very well. Once delivered, we already had a couple of concerns, being rookie hot tub owners and service was great and sent a tech out asap. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the market.

This place and people were amazing to deal with they treat you like a human being. I’ve never felt more at home while shopping. I highly recommend buying anything from this store. They now have a forever customer.

Paradise leisurescapes did our landscaping at our new house this summer. We are very pleased with the results, and the cost was reasonable. Sasha is very knowledgeable and helped us come up with a design plan. She and her staff executed the plan very professionally in a timely manner. They seem to work very well as a team and really take pride in their work. We would highly recommend them.

Jerry was excellent. Called ahead with an eta and his knowledge and customer service, excellent. He took time to show us the basic operations of the hotter, having never owned this brand of tub. Highly recommend this company for all your hot tub needs.

I started dealing with Paradise Leisurescapes on May 5th, 2023. I called and was inquiring about a hot tub cover. This place is an authorized dealer for the particular brand I have, and this was the store where it was originally purchased. I called May 5th to ask a yes or no question. I asked if they had a cover lid for my model hot tub. I was told that there was one available according to their computer but that the warehouse manager would have to confirm this. I called in the morning and was told they would call back. I've never heard from them for 7 days. I called them the following Friday, May 12th, and the employee said the same thing and told me they would call back. They did not, so on Saturday, May 13, I called back again and spoke with a different employee. Had to repeat the entire process. He said the same thing. The warehouse manager would have to confirm it, but he was gone until Monday the 15th. He apologized for no one calling me back, and this employee promised to call me back and did, call me back on Monday the 15th at 3 pm. He informed me that they did NOT have the cover in stock.
The problem is that with the cover not being in stock, it has to be ordered in. They told me this could take 8 weeks to 8 months. So it took them 12 days to tell me this. Now, I am already almost 2 weeks behind to get one brought in.
It was very frustrating and made me feel unimportant in the process.

Adam and the service team are unreal! We have had a few issues with our spa as it is getting older and they are out right away and are beyond amazing to deal with. We appreciate the team at Paradise! Thank you!

Decent service, their staff is not very responsive via email and hard to get answers. Not sure if it’s a function of being too busy. The staff overall is very knowledgeable, and helpful! I will continue using these guys for my pool service needs.
