Excellent service before, during and after the sale, started with great service from Conrad when buying our hot tub which we love! Then we had an issue with the led lights and Krista had excellent communication and got our issue taken care of, highly recommend, great people, great selection, great store. A+

Bought one of their largest and most expensive hot tubs and was having issues since day one, broken warped panels that took them 3 years to replace and they broke one installing them and they warped that afternoon! In fall and winter you can only use the tub for 20-45 minutes depending on temperature as it looses heat, at minus 4 the kids are cold in 30 min and have to wait 5 hrs to get back up to temperature.they won’t fix it! They won’t replace it! And I’m stuck with a horrible hot tub with insulation falling out and can only be used part of the year

I've owned my pool for 7 years. We always got our chemicals from paradise pools but this year we employed their maintenance package while selling our house. Well we had a bloom and they were amazing at reorganizing some people to find the time to rebalance the pool in 3 days. Then our house sold and they worked there magic and where able to fit in a pool inspection for us. Management was absolutely amazing to deal with, thank you Kaitlin and Krista, you guys are rock stars.
If I were to see any negative it would be that because of awesome they are they are they are incredibly busy, so hard to get through to sometimes. But definitely worth the wait!

These people were so helpful, got the help we needed over texting as we live 1.5 hours from the city. With this service we were able to know what was needed to be done

We had a pool leak and Brodie is now the man! He really helped us out. He found the leak and we were able to fix it to extend our season. Brodie has also been to our place to help with our hot tub! He is professional, patient and knows his stuff. I was pretty stressed out and he walked me through the process step by step. Paradise is lucky to have this guy.

I keep coming back to Paradise bc of Caitlyn and Krysta. They are so helpful over the phone and in the retail shop. These girls are really there to help people and get people happy with their pools and hot tubs. Caitlyn is a pool wizard.

Stopped by last week to book hot tub winterizing. Technician took my contact info and tub details, couldn't provide a quote right away, told me will phone me back in the afternoon. Never phoned back. Oh well.
