Paris Jewellers always has amazing customer service. I got my rings cleaned and serviced recently and the turn around time was great. The staff were prompt to call when my ring came back in and they are always friendly. I only shop at Paris for my jewellery since buying there for the first time in 2016

Went in to buy a marriage license and two wedding bands, the lady who helped us was awesome, very helpful and had such an awesome personality! Definitely gonna come back to buy more jewelry from this store!

I took my engagement ring to get a stone replacement. The worker diligently looked at my ring and told me it needed to be re-polished too.

She told me they would have to send it to their headquarters for repairs etc and it would take approximately 3- 4 weeks for repairs etc.

Two weeks after I got an update on the repairs and was asked if I need an overall maintenance. I agreed and was given a breakdown of the cost.

I picked up my ring before the time they told me it would be ready. I was shocked! My ring looked brand new. I will not wear it until my wedding day.

We also completed our marriage registration there. The staff is great and pleasant, service is awesome! I am so pleased and happy! Thank you Paris Jewellers!

I bought four pairs of necklaces and one pair of earrings before Christmas. The total price is about 432 CAD (the single price is low). The gemstones are of good quality. The style of the necklace is novel. I love it. It is a good choice as a Christmas gift

Just my personal experience with the people at the Paris jewellers in Regina Canada. I do the same thing every year where my sister will look at a ring and say she likes it and I would instantly tell her I don’t like it and I think it’s ugly. The staff at the store realize that once I give them a wink that’s the one to grab and put away for me. My sister loves the selection of rings that Paris has. Especially the Disney collection. The service at the store is the best that I receive and the staff is just FANTASTIC and knowledgable. Thank you very much to everyone involved. You run a great business.

PS. Please stock more selections of the Disney line.

Didn't like the service, lady was not friendly. Instead of reading 5 star reviews. I relied on 1star review and I think I should be away from this store to buy anything for any special moment in my life.

The friendly sales staff was a joy to deal with. I was after something specific and walked out with exactly what I wanted plus more. They cleaned my older piece and evaluated it for me. They even helped me put the new one in (masked of course).
I was made to feel right at home. 10 out of 10.

The lady who helped me was friendly and professional. Overall it was a good experience. The white display cards that the jewellery is set in needs to be cleaned though. They appear as if they have been handled a lot.

Original customer service was fine but then the entire transaction process and pickup were a disaster. Systems down, come back in to pay days later then realize system is still down and then finally not being able to find item when called to come in as item is ready to pick up.

The service was friendly and professional. The manager Kat was very helpful, provided really good options and care tips.

They are complete RIPOFF. THEY CHARGE FOR SOMETHING WHICH WAS PROMISED UNDER WARRANTY. WHEN SAID NO TO $120 THE WARRANTY IS VOID AND WONT CLEAN AS WELL FREE OF CHARGE N SAID THERE IS A ISSUE WITH CROWN WHEN RING WAS NEVER WORN. Inexperienced staff who just wants to make money. Previous store manager was wonderful and always asked my wife to wear it before getting cleaned to keep the warranty.

The store was set up conveniently, had a beautiful pair of earrings that I picked up. The sales lady went out of her way to accommodate me.to find what I was looking for. I was also looking for a certain kind of ring, unfortunately they didn't have anything like it, however, they do have the option of having the ring made.
I highly recommend you stop in and check out this store and the staff.

We took my 5 year old nephew there to buy his mom his first ever birthday present. He was so excited! The sales lady gave him undivided attention and showed him options within his price range. She even let him wrap the gift with her to make him feel extra special and involved. He was so so proud of himself. Absolutely everyone there made him feel like the luckiest boy ever. His mom loved the gift and was extremely happy!

I recently bought an engagement ring at Paris Jewellers in the southland mall in Regina and Andrea helped me along the way. I shopped around at most jewellers in the city and the customer service Andrea gave was by far the best. She explained the services I would be getting with my care plan very well. After showing me quite a few rings I narrowed it down to two, and she helped me pick by guiding me through what the important factors were to me. The whole time she never made me feel rushed into making a decision. I will definitely be recommending her to my friends in the future!

Every time I go there is a dream. The sales staff are always so genuinely friendly. We had been having issues getting our marriage license in the city. We came in expecting for it to be a hassle but it was just so easy and simple. Thank you so much

The item I bought was nice and the price was a steal, but the customer service was poor. I asked for an item to be put on hold, and the lady on the phone tried to convince me to think about buying more. By the end of the call, I thought that we had come to an understanding that I had absolutely no intention of buying more than that single item, but she put the rest on hold for me anyways. When I got to the store, the staff tried to sell me the other stuff again, while one woman (manager? Supervisor?) seemed to act quite rude to the rest of the staff there. She was transparently annoyed with the other workers, while occasionally throwing in pet names for me, presumably to still seem welcoming to me?
The pushy sales technique combined with the attitude and uncomfortable atmosphere of the store did not provide a very pleasant view of the establishment. The staff was disorganized with poor customer service skills. I ended up leaving with the single item as promised after minutes of searching for the item combined with minutes of searching for the box that held them. The lid to the box doesn’t match the bottom and I left feeling very nervous and frustrated. I will be replacing the box with something nicer, as it is a gift and the box looks misshapen and ugly, and I cannot claim to be pleased with the experience overall.
Head office seems diligent and helpful, but it doesn’t replace what should have been a quick and easy trip. Lots of reviews claim that they have had the opposite experience from mine, so I suppose I would try again if the occasion arose, but if I have to watch that woman interact with fellow employees, I will take my business elsewhere. I hope it was just a case of coming in on a bad day, but I found the behaviour appalling.

I had a positive shopping experience at this store location. I was allowed to browse the show cases in a quiet and pressure free environment. The store assistant Crystal was knowledgeable about the diamonds/ jewelry wares, as well informative about there origin/value/ and care. I have high confidence in the purchase.
