Reason for 4 stars is they dont like customers knowing more about there products then the employees.which honestly isnt a bad thing everyone learns differently.now for products I drive an older vheicle and partsource seems to have all my repair parts which I really like, they also have a awesome return policy which they hold greatly other then knowledge this is a really good parts store for vheicles in saskatoon cheap prices and yes they are helpful to customers when not challenged on there products.so keep up the good job at this location

Not bad however they can't really test to see if an alternator will actually start your vehicle

Parts are decent by my experience but the business and staff seem to not care about customers. Was charged an excess fee because of previous metals in the MAP sensor and then when I returned the old one I wasn't returned my gst in the overcharge. When I asked about it they simply said the computer won't let me and didn't explain anything further.

This is the worse place to come for parts they charged me 2x for the same parts worse of it all the manager kevin was right beside his employee dint say anything about it they did refund me my half the money also ryan there needs to mind his own business while he was talking to a customer on the phone he was yelling at me over the corner while talking on the phone telling me im wrong this was the last time i deal with this clowns will buy my stuff else where wssl or canadian tire much better service then parts on 22nd street

Got what I needed at 22nd St.and the fellow behind the counter made sure I received the correct battery. Thank you CHABAN7.

It worked out in the end. I got the parts I needed.only place that had them.had a few little issues but it's all good

Workers have no idea what they are doing. They don't know the basic parts of an engine. No one will be inside the store and yet the door is locked with people standing behind the counter. The parts are 50% over cost and almost as much as OEM parts but without the quality of OEM. If you want parts for you car don't bother going to Part Source.

The second best part Source in Saskatoon if I not going to the one on 8th Street I'll definitely be coming here both of the stores have great service and they know what they're talking about which is decent anybody could look up a part number on the computer but they seem to know exactly what I was looking for

The listed prices are being increased big time. The staff failed to change the tagged prices on the items I purchased. Due to this error the teller said he'd honor the tagged price, only to have the next teller take it away. Pay attention to what your paying at the till, as I think they are in the middle of a print money during COVID push. 54% increase as of yesterday, on what I purchased.

Always put on hold. Always takes several minutes or more to come back. Worst customer service of any parts store. I am no longer a customer because of this.

Most improved store in saskatoon. 22nd St. Was there for few things and stuff but great service.

Usually have everything I need! Great prices and free tool rental, which can save you big money! If you're female, ask one of the younger guys for help, the older guy at 22nd seems "old school", like woman can't do anything kinda "old school" Partsource gets 5 stars, he gets 0 stars!

It says they’re open till 9pm that is incorrect. I went there today at 8: 15pm, they were closed. I suggest they change the information on line. I wasn’t the only person bummed out because of it.

After giving the Vin number information needed to identify the parts for my truck I still had to point out the part number of the one for my truck on several occasions. I only use these guys if I can't wait for Rockauto to be delivered and they are cheaper than the local competition.

Jerks put me on hold for ten minutes and then answered after 10 minutes and told me to hold again. When I told him I had already been holding for 10 minutes, his response was “yah, we have a few people up front here” and he hung up. Just lost a customer and that ex-customer will tell 10 more people.

Pathetic customer service. After listening to the recording advertise free battery tests I was told by whoever answered the phone that he doesn't send his team outside to help customers if its colder than -20.
Funny thing to say during the winter. Put on your big boy pants and help ur costumers dude.

Only bought from them once. It was a block heater for accord. Gave me the wrong item which I understand can be a mistake anywhere. But when I went to return it, the manager's attitude was below standard to say the least.

Loved this location untill I walked out of the door with a part and within the hour returned with said part that I ended up not needed at all that was still in the box never touched period and was refused to return it with out this woman even looking at the receipt or anything... So now I'm stuck with a part I dont bes that I could barley afford to begin with thanks for nothing part source
