I was told the part was in the store on Circle Drive. When I went there it was closed due to technical difficulties. They said they couldn't even give it to me and had let me pay for it somewhere else. They sent me to 8th Street store. They did not have the part there so they sent me on to 22nd Street store. Finally after driving all around Saskatoon, not knowing the city, I got it. After all that when I asked to use the washroom they said absolutely not! Not very impressed!

This 8th st one is always a good experience.the guys and gals who work here seem to know what there selling and talking about when it comes to vheicles as for customer service it is better then any other Parts Source in stoon.prices are cheap well depends on what your looking for still great prices. I drive an 04 and they rarely not have parts for me which is why the 5 stars.keep up the good work people of the 8th street parts source updated June 30th 2023

On the occasion of doing the first oil change on a newly acquired Chev pickup, the young man who helped me get the right filter, and choose the best oil for the job, It's also nice that the new windshield wiper was quickly and accurately installed, saving me the difficulty of "figuring it out" and stretching out some unused muscle.

One of the staff members weren't very helpful for such a simple question in which they directed me to someone else that didn't have much to add bout the product I was looking for. Saying all battery terminal plugs are all the same. Which is false information. So I ended up buying the wrong product because of the poor information given. Terrible decision on my part to have listened and waste of my money.

The staff here are fantastic. I had to go buy a new set of windshield wipers, the day I was there the temperature was -43 C the staff came outside and changed my wiper blades for me. That is customer service, hats off Gentlemen.

Selection of parts is excellent and they will loans tools to let you complete the job properly. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Staff wouldn't ask if I needed any help and they weren't busy couldn't find glass cleaner or glass wax so walked out

Gave me wrong air filter even though I said it looked wrong. They said it was correct. Have to waste time and go return it.

They said they had the part's, drove over and then was told they don't have it.
No options were given.weak customer service.

A little pricey and the selection was not great for what I needed and expected from this big of a parts store. A little disappointed but willing to give them another shot.

I had to get my windshield wipers replaced, and a guy named Isaiah helped me out. He knew a lot about windshield wipers. I am grateful to have had him serve me as he installed my wiper blades with such precision and care, even washing my front window for me (even went out of his way to compliment my 2011 Kia Forte). He also explained to me the history of the windshield wiper’s brand and as well as other cool facts that I did not know about. He brought such great energy to the store when I walked in and I will definitely be coming back and asking for him to help me with all my other car needs. I feel much more confident about driving in the rain now knowing I got the best windshield wipers and as well as having it be installed by someone who is so knowledgeable about them. I called to check on the availability of a starter. The part needed to be brought in from Calgary. The cost quoited was right around $70.00 and I would have to come into the store to pay for it before they would order. When I arrived to pay for the part I was told that the price would be $140. The reason given for the increased price was that the part had to be brought in from Calgary. I called WWSL Auto Parts, a parts store near me. The price quoited was $70.44 and they ordered the part for me over the phone. I did not have to make a special trip to pre-pay. Daryl Miller Saskatoon SK.

Great service and very helpful staff. The lady we dealt with was very knowledgeable and was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for.

Always had a good experience at this location. The guys working have good knowledge of their products, and give good opinion as well. Have not had any issues when ordering parts from other cities. It arrives fast and these guys always call upon part arrival.

Staff are amazing and will help you with any of your automotive questions. I buy most of the maintenance parts and relevant material for my truck here and have never been disappointed.

Staff people are very helpful but not pushy. They didn't have the key blank I needed but let me know when it should come in and suggested I call to check. The store is clean and well organized.

They didn't have anything i needed. A GM fuel filter. Probably the most common fuel filter of all time. They didn't have one. Never going back.
