When I called this morning, in tears I may add, trying to find a part for my car, the person who answered the phone was so rude! If I'm calling a PARTs store I'm assuming the person answering the phone knows more than I do. Also quoted the wrong price.they did fix that mistake instore but still.

First time being there and they had 1 of the 2 parts that I needed but very friendly and accurate and accommodating I will definitely go back again I give a 4 star ratings

Sorry but the one we went to on Albert Street was in total disarray and the employee i asked just kept saying I don't know, apparently didn't even know why they were pulling stuff off shelves.

I called here three times put on hold for over 10 minutes each time. I came in here it’s not busy and there is three people working and not one has answered a call just put them on hold and that’s it. The other two are just standing behind the counter not even answering the calls on hold.

PartSource and Den-Paul Distributors quoted me the same price for a part that was not available locally. The big difference is that Den-Paul said they would have to also charge me for shipping, PartSource did not and does not - and that was a very significant saving.

Employee gave me wrong part. Running around throughout the day trying to find, literally, the right one! Disappointed that a source for parts wouldn’t show more initiative.

Went here for a grease gun to use on some gym equipment. The staff here was super helpful and friendly, that's the best thing. Will be back for all future needs:)

Been having to come here on occasion they have the part and no one else does, or because they have the better price. For that reason I come here. Many times I've had to deal with people who didn't even know how to work the computer never mind the parts I'm looking for. I come here out of obligation, I dislike the quality of experienced help they offer.

The staff at the Albert St.store are useless. They know next to nothing about vehicles let alone parts even when specifically told which parts. Cannot communicate properly over the phone and I would advise saving the hassle and going to the east location where their staff is actually knowledgeable. Too many times now I've tried to deal with the Albert location and have been severely let down by either the customer service representative not knowing anything or even being able to look a part up or I have been given the wrong part. Avoid and save time to get your vehicle on the road quicker.

I've had good luck here, and the counter staff I've dealt with have always been good. This is my favorite place to buy batteries because it's so easy to return the core.

I have gone here for years and I don't think I've ever had a good experience. I try to avoid if possible. The staff always seems like they don't have time for you. I know a lot about cars and I have had them try and argue with me on things. The other day the guy told me that a part wasn't available because the manufacturer hadn't released it yet. It's for a 2001. I always try and use the rockauto website. It's a quarter of the price and you don't have to deal with staff who think they know what you "actually need".

The staff are friendly and found me the parts I needed. They showed me their selection and differences between name brand OEM and jobber prices. When I started working on my truck, I realized I didn't need to replace my rear brake pads. I took them back with zero issues.
For the first time, I "rented" a tool from their store. I just wanted to use a torque wrench on my wheel nuts. He said they usually charge $144 for a day to borrow the tool. I said I just wanted to use it in the parking lot to quickly tighten my wheel nuts. He just left me leave my wallet with him so we avoided writing up a rental agreement and dealing with paying and refunding.
I was really pleased with the whole experience.
