Still waiting to hear back from the owner/management for about 4 days now. Sold us a product that wasn't reef safe and it resulted in some of our very beautiful salt water fish dieing. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I see the owner or management replying to some of the good reviews so hopefully this gets us a call back sooner. **
UPDATE* DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IT IS A DISGRACE, OWNWER WAS THREATENING MY HUSBAND OVER MY REVIEW, when he took almost two weeks to get back to us after our fish died from a product they recommend. Tried fixing the problem by putting the blame on the company that they stock their shelves with. Zero accountability for their mistake. Quick to make a sale! But zero sympathy when they cause your pets to die oh and a tip maybe dont allow clueless kids to run your store! WORST PET STORE IN REGINA! YOU SHOULD BE SHUTDOWN!

Always greeted when I walk in and they make sure to ask if I need any help. The prices are a little higher but the staff members are fairly knowledgeable about the type of pets they carry and if they aren’t sure they will quickly find out for you!

Needed a harness for my cat, got good help exchanging it for a better size and advice for feeding the same cat as she is a picky eater when it comes to treats.

I felt this place needed better customer service. Help the customer find what he/she is looking for as it is a maze in the store

Great place, friendly and accommodating staff. Prices are quite a bit cheaper here than other pet supply stores.

Love the staff and the fish selection. Best pet store in the city! The staff aren't there to sell you as many things as possible. They are giving you valid advise and they know their stuff! She told me which fish would do well in my aquarium for the size and fish types! I wish I caught her name but she was awsome! Everytime I go there, the staff is excellent

Tonnes of product, good selection of tropical freshwater and saltwater fish if you are into that as well. Friendly staff. Just a little cluttered for my liking but lots of choice and a local business I believe!

This store is amazing and I'm so happy to see it open after so many years in business. Pats Pets has literally anything you would need in terms of pet care, their variety of inventory is astonishing. Everything is very fairly priced, sometimes even cheaper than big box stores and delivery services. I mostly shop here for my aquarium, and I must say their stock is very hardy and reliable. I have not lost any fish after introducing them to my tanks (unlike Prairie Aquatic and Exotics, every single fish died, some had ick) and they all thrive. I must commend the employees of this store as well, they are very friendly and approachable (again, unlike Prairie Aquatic and Exotics. Very snobby and rude and they love to gather round and ridicule the customer). Despite the distance from my home to Pats Pets, their inventory, quality and customer service keep me coming back. Thank you for being so great!
