I give this store a zero on customer service. I ordered 2 of the the "weekend " pyjama tops online a few months ago. I received one and did not like the quality or length of the top. The second one came on the mail a few weeks later and I did not even open it. Normally I would have returned it to our local (great!) Penningtons but covid hit and then the store closed permanently. Today I went to the closest open Penningtons, 2 hours away, and was told I missed the deadline for the return and to try to return it via mail at my cost. Ya, not. I threw it in their garbage can by the door and walked out.

The sales team were amazing and incredibly helpful! They were very friendly and sociable and helped my and my mother find exactly what we were looking for!

The staff is always helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The clothes are good quality and very nice. Shopped here for years and by far my favourite location.

I love their clothing! They always have new stuff in and they have deals once awhile. The staff is always helpful! If you are plus size gal, I recommend this place!

I’ve literally never had such a good experience at a store, I first went to Ardennes and I’m bigger but I’m a regular m-xl I just have big love handles the employees at Ardennes just kept saying to get a shall and cover it, I didn’t want that I wanted a dress to wear and not have to “cover up” so I went to to Penningtons right when I walked in I was greeted and the lady asked if she could help I said yes I need a dress but a darker one and one that would “hide” my love handles she said follow me and the first dress she grabbed was perfect! It made me look just the way I wanted and she was so sweet! I’m never dress shopping anywhere else thanks so much! If I could give more stars I would

Tonight my sister and I had the pleasure of being helped by Cher at the Pennington’s in east Regina. My sister gets very anxious in social situations and Cher was nothing short of wonderful. She was so helpful and so patient. It always makes my day better when I encounter great customer service, and tonight being in Pennington’s with Cher helping us shopping was a pleasure. She hooked my sister up with the perfect shoes (which she special ordered for us to be shipped to my home) and she found perfect fitting, beautiful, on-sale bras for my sister, calmed her nerves, and made her feel like a million bucks. Thanks, Cher! You rock!

Sales lady was helpful and well informed about the different brands and applicable sizing. She was friendly. Her friendliness made for a pleasant shopping experience. Look forward to the next visit.

No one offered me a room until i asked for one. No one checked up on me or tried to assist me. Disappointing.

Only place a size 5X girl can shop in Canada! They need more long skirts and funky styles tho. Anything funky is always only up to size 4x. So many of the shirts I tried on this fall were see through? So basically I need to wear a tank top under them? Why? The styles lately seem to be short tops and tight pants. Not what I like to wear or what I personally think looks great on full figured women. Finding it harder and harder to find what I need. Love the underwire free bras tho! They are a must and I have about 25 of them! The tummy tucking undies are the only ones I wear.
