We took our dog to be groomed on August 8th at the Preston location and am so pleased with the result. Right from the minute I walked up to the door and got help bringing my boy in, to the reception and my dogs excitement at being there, to picking him up and having the groomer offer to help me take him to the car. It is the only place I take my fur baby.

I went to the PetSmart location at Preston Crossing. I was greeted when I arrived and was easily able to find my item. The store was very clean and the shelves were stocked and orderly. Their rewards program now gives instant savings on items as well as earns you points for money off purchases! They also have an app where you can play games to earn additional coupons to save on your purchase! The sales associate was very friendly at checkout! A great experience and store for buying items for your furry friends!

The service is good.but the store smells HORRIBLE. I understand it's a pet store.but other pet stores don't smell this way. It makes shopping there unpleasant.

Was ready to check out about 10 minutes before close and as someone who also has worked customer service, I get it however, I was denied service which is under no circumstance okay.

It's not a review per se! It's a question for people who have used petsmart grooming service.
I took my dog 2 months ago for grooming. Came out well, the night though, he started having irregular bowel as well as, dysentery.
Had to take him to vet the next day and kept him there overnight, medication, saline altogether 700 bucks.
I didn't think of much other than that I heard later on that it happened to some other dog owners too. Grooming at petsnart made their dogs sick.
Thats okay. May be they were all crazy coincidence.
But I took my dog back again there yesterday and last night again, he started having upset stomach and dysentery! 2 out of 2 times! How is that a coincidence!

Groomers at petsmart you guys do a brilliant job in grooming. But if u r feeding something the pets to keep them calm, please don't do it. Am really sorry if am assuming wrong things. Am not accusing u guys for anything. I just wanna know what's happening. How I can explain this!

Wonderful! I looked at the canaries and fish. Everything was in great shape. My daughter bought some accessories for her fish tanks and I got a beautiful engraved dog tag for my dog Gryffin. Very reasonable prices and great selection!

Highly recommend this petstore in terms of pet supplies and great prices. The animal care seems decent as well. The staff have basic knowledge of pets, though I'd still recommend you do your own research first because you will get better answers and you will learn more. The petstore is easy to navigate and there are always a few employees wandering around who are more than willing to help! It is my go to petstore. The point system is also a great motivator

I go here to get my dog groomed. After a full grooming session my dog is soft for weeks! They are very good with all dogs.

Huge selection of pet supplies, very friendly and helpful staff, and they have these awesome laser engraving tags for your pets!

The staff in the fish & pets section of the store are completely friendly & hands on service until you have found & gotten everything you need!

Products are good. Staff is poor customer service has sure gone out the window. Management (woman with dark hair) has an attitude everytime I am there.

but 2h+ is, if you bring the dog as the 2.in, not really acceptable.called in day b4 for the appointment.i see dogs walking out who was dropped off later and groomed {i got a short hair small dog}

I find the shelves always quite empty, and I always have to run around to find someone to help me in the fish area. They have a button now. The girl who worked in the area (not sure of a name) needs a lesson in customer service.not even a "Hi, what can I get for you? "

The one guy who works at the tills deserves a raise! He is the one who always says "Welcome to Petsmart! " enthusiastically when you enter the store.

Very friendly and helpful in many ways, I keep looking at the cats or kittens that are up for adoption. Saw a white kitten with a splash of black, plus his other two brothers, all 3 are different in coloration.

We get our reptile food here. There are different terrain and props for your terrarium. They cycle through many reptiles as they bring in a few and they are gone. This makes sure that you have young healthy lizards.

Friendly staff and good selection.
However the sale tags are vague and unclear regards to what conditions you're limited to. Best to ask first before getting disappointed with your assumption.

Front store staff are friendly and helpful.
I recently tool my Yorkie for her first groom there. I will not be taking her back. The cut they provided is choppy and patchy on the body, head, and ears. I understand grooming a puppy is difficult. However, the inconsisent length is unacceptable. They even cut her whiskers.

Wide variety of pet products with many good quality brands. Helpful, friendly staff. Almost every time I'm there to shop I get a coupon with my receipt to pull me back in again!

Great place with lots of selection on live animals. Prices are great and staff is knowledgeable

They are letting people shop in-store currently. Just wish they had a little bit more selection for things like slip leads, long line leads, and collars for dogs. Other than that, great store!

I deducted 1 star purely for stocking issues. There always seems to be something they never have. That said, the customer service is amazing! Everyone is always super friendly/helpful and they always greet my pet. It’s obvious the people here enjoy their job!

The best pet groomers in the city. They always take good care of my dogs, they come out clean and properly groomed and in a good mood and they value your appointments.

This place will tug your heartstrings. The kitty cats waiting for adoption are quite cute. Also enjoy visiting the ginnea pigs

This PetSmart is the best one! Every staff here is super nice especially the ones who work at the fish department! They are very helpful and sweet, they actually care about and your fish! Everyone here takes time to help you look for the product that you need. I recommend going here than the one by Marshall’s.

Pretty average pet store, they've got everything from Lizards, Fish and Cats. Dog Grooming and Training as well. If you are looking to start an aquarium they've got everything you need to get started. Plenty of cute cats as well. Best part is other customers will bring their animals, I've seen bunnies, cats and dogs. When you think if pet store, PetSmart pretty much fits that perfectly.

Both customer service people I dealt with were fantastic and helpful, as was the cashier! 5/5 Recommend!

Staff are great and friendly, really make my pets feel at home. At PetSmart, our dog actually enjoys taking baths! There is a good selection of food, toys, and supplies for almost any pet. However, the PetSmart website is unreliable. Went into the store, hoping to get a certain type of guinea pig food, which was supposedly in stock in the store (according to the website), but apparently, there was nothing there. This is a little bit disappointing, but the staff made good recommendations for other food to buy, so overall, I was happy with the store. Good place for all your pets' grooming, feeding, playing needs.

Don't get your cat groomed here they don't offer trims and they said they had to shave my cat. When I got him back he looked TERRIBLE! Shaved his tail as well and now he is being shy. He is a long haired cat and I will trim him at home now. Please don't get your cat shaved here.

Decent prices and helpful staff. I enjoy shoppingfor pet supplies in ths store and alwaysvisit the rescue cats looking for furever homes.

As soon as I walked into the grooming salon, all the girls were so excited to see my kitty! They even knew his name before I got there! They were all so friendly and it was a great first visit! I will definitely be going back! These girls are awesome!

I was surprised by how helpful and friendly the staff were. I have been there a few time buying fish tank related items, they've been pretty knowledgeable and full of good advice. Big thumbs up to the girls that helped me

I find the staff friendly and helpful, the prices are comparable to those of petland on the east side, however, the PetSmart is much cleaner, much friendlier, and the stock is not all outdated.
