Very happy with the service. I found a better value store in Saskatoon. They have a good aquatic variety.

The staff was okay but the bag they put my fish in leaked and we had a 2 hr drive home. Lost over half the water by the time we were able to get another bag. Need better bags.

We went here to get a new fish pet. We were from yorkton traveling here to buy a couple, but a representative named morgan wouldn't let us buy a fish due to the size of our aquarium and how many fish we got at home. We are so very disappointed.

Read the other reviews and not sure what's up. Been there x2 and both times found the staff person less then helpful.last week was like she didn't like her job. The one I PA a lot better so will find a different pet store Saskatoon for winter

We couldn't get our fish at the other petsmart due to the fishes possibly being ill as one died. Finally, decide to go this one get our pet fishes. We went in looked at the fishes and the boys decided which one they wanted. Got help on the best one from the rep and we were ready to cash. Cash out was quick and we were out the door.

It's good if you know what you're after already or know your species in fish or Snake supplies needed. Best to be patient if you need assistance in anything.

I love shopping here. The staff is friendly and helpful and always know what I'm talking about when I poorly describe it to them.

Clean, well stocked. Might have arrived when they just stocked up and low traffic. Got a cat mat for the litter box.

Changed my review. The checkout employee was not wearing a mask and constantly touching her face. This is the third time I've seen the same employee with no mask and it makes me question petsmarts dedication to their customers.

The best prices and quality for aquarium plants and fish in Saskatoon. Great selection of plants and fish and an okay selection of other aquarium products. If they don't have what you are looking for they will tell you where you can get it. Chelsea was very helpful with my selection of aquatic plants. This is my go to store.

The customer service is second to none. Huge choice of cat food, trees and litter. Bob even carries the cat tree to the suv. Thanks Bob!

The staff at the Meadows location are amazing! Great customer service, and they are wonderful to deal with for returns. Store is always clean, and staff are always super friendly and accommodate to all your needs. The animals look happy & well cared for.especially the live aquatic area. It always looks good and tanks look clean with healthy fish. There's always an amazing selection, and weekly restocking. Highly recommend this location!
