I'm glad that we tried the south store. The staff is great and very friendly. Groomer is just inside the door. Very handy. I was there mid afternoon. There was 3 staff in the grooming area, one on the till, and a few staff at work. They were quite busy, but no crowd at the till.

I recently dropped off my 6 month old puppy for her first groom with Gabby. So impressed, my puppy looks great, and came out happy. I will definitely be going back.

Amazing staff! I usually shop local but my local pet store was closed when I got off work. I got lost trying to get to this petsmart location and showed up 5min before closing. They welcomed me in and let me grab hamster bedding all while remaining friendly and open! 10/10 would shop at this location.

Not a good experience for grooming my dog. Sarah did not do a good job in shaving my dog. Took off all the hair on his chest and cut him while shaving. Horrible job on his tail and patchy on his body. Paying $130 for that wasn’t nice. He came out traumatized and honestly I have never had a PetSmart encounter like that before. I won’t be going back to that one.

I always get my dog groomed here. The ladies in the grooming centre are friendly and remember my little buddy every time. They're usually telling me stories about how he was during his visit, and they're great at addressing concerns/questions. The store itself usually has everything I'm looking for in stock and the staff are helpful and friendly when I need a hand.

Great staff. We got our Gecko and frog's from there. Great selection of plants and reptile products and cat toys. My wife and daughter loves going here. Kim is very helpful and knowledgeable with the reptile department. Thanks again.

The store itself is awesome but this review is more for the pet grooming side. The cat grooming schedule is neglected. There needs to be more structured availability for cat grooming.

It seems to have a little bit less than a regular store I'm not sure if it's a little bit of a smaller story than normal but in general you can get pretty much everything you need but I have found that like it is company wide a lot of their fish food is often out of stock and lately it's been worse than normal but that is a problem that I believe is out of their control

Extremely poor attitude and customer service from both manager Kim and employee Deb! We are far from inexperienced with having fish, and know exactly what our tank size can handle. We have researched extensively and are responsible owners. But were refused fish even after explaining this and treated very poorly. This is after driving 1 1/2 hours from out of town. We will never return to this store and likely any other petsmart location after this! Steer clear!

It's a big chain store so it has a lot of stuff but not very personal service. It's not a specialty store so if you know what you want and don't need much help it can be very good.

Great service, great value! Like everything with this time of year and how COVID has affected thing Chirstmas stock was limited so shop early.

Poor experience. Thank you Debra for being of no assistance whatsoever. Perhaps another job is more suited for you. Returning customers are what brings in sales. This store needs an attitude adjustment.

Prices on pet supplies are very affordable and reasonable. Staffs customer service are excellent in this location along with the manager. Always service with a smile every time I visited this Harbour Landing location. Is worth my drive all the way from east Regina to south west location. Shelves are always well stocked unlike the east Petsmart. High recommend this place for all your pets needs.

PetSmart is the only retailer that I could find in the entire Regina area who sells Solid Gold - Indigo Moon cat food which is loaded with protein and the only food my fussy cat loves. Their prices are good also. I usually try to support small companies but PetSmart now has a loyal customer here.

If I could rate my experience less that one I would. They charged me twice for my purchase and then argued with me saying that I wasn't charged twice, even though I had brought my bank statement to prove that I had already been charged. They assured me that the mo way would be back in my account by the end of the day. Well guess what!? It wasn't! They over charged me $150 for my purchase and now I have no way to go back and get a refund unless I drive three hours back to the store. I will never go back to this store again.
