PickNic's Catering

We had a black tie event for 70 people with plated service this October 2023. Picknic’s Catering certainly elevated the event. The food and service was exceptional. The professionalism and beautiful plating absolutely first class. We had great feedback from people that came from all over the province. Highly recommend and look forward to working with them in the future.

A huge shout out to Nicola and her team for a fabulous job catering an event. The food and dainties were so delicious and we definitely will recommend these fabulous ladies and their food.

I am deeply disappointed with the lack of compassion displayed by your company when our event had to be postponed and eventually canceled due to unfortunate circumstances. Despite our efforts to communicate the situation, your team showed no understanding or care, and placed blame, during a very difficult time in our lives.

The money lost aside, this was a very unsettling experience

The details of of your public response reiterates your lack of professionalism and care for people's privacy. My review mentioned no names or details, it was strictly based on how we were treated, period.

Even if a deposit was refunded, this review would still stand, because again, this was based on the complete disrespectful tone and language of our conversation.

I understand you want to save face as a business, but respect can truly go a long way.

Trying to discredit a legitimate one star review because I have given other one star reviews, is simply invalid. Especially without mentioning the many 5 star reviews from myself, some of which, are from other vendors, who have also not refunded deposits, yet received a full 5 star review from myself. Makes you wonder.

O my goodness, what a remarkable group of people working at pikniks. Always prompt and professional and even with last minute orders for company events and birthdays, you guys rock it everytime! Thanks for always working with us and especially for the incredible food.

Nicola and her crew are some of the best caterers in the business. Being a wedding planner we deal with a lot of different people in the industry and Nicola and her staff are always friendly, on time and provide AMAZING food. I am always excited when my brides tell me they are working with PickNics Catering. Besides there amazing catering they also make the most amazing beautiful wedding cakes and on my opinion the world's BEST puffed wheat cale. Seriously I've never had better I could eat it forever. Nicola and her team did the most amazing catered chicken staff supper - the food was so good - no one left hungry that’s for sure. Everything was on time and hot and I Super appreciated the stress free ordering and delivery. Will definitely be ringing them up again!

PickNic's is great! I get my birthday cake from them every year. This year was red velvet and it was beautiful and delicious. Ordering and paying online is a breeze.
