Terrible. Doctor was an hour late. Receiptionist was no where to be found for another half an hour when I was supposed to talk to her after talking with the dr.

My husband seen this specialist 5 years ago. He received great service at the time. Now my husband is having similar symptoms, was referred back to Dr. Pillay. This time my husband drove two hours there just to wait in the office for nearly another two hours WITHOUT BEING SEEN and then decided to drive home the two hours as we had other commitments. I felt this was extremely disrespectful of the doctor.

Dr is late by 1 hr 30 min. I think He visited me at least then because I complained in his office. Unfriendly staff as well. Be prepared to wait longer than 1 hr (so that you will be in good mood) as dr also justifying he is usually late that he is not running a factory (these are his own words!). If I have to go again, I will be ready for late. I think dr.was rude at me with "I dont know" answers since I complained in his office, but looks like he was nice with other reviewers.
