I ordered a 14” and 3 12” pizzas on a really hot day. When I was at the store to pick it up it wasn’t ready on time. I waited 10 min. I wasn’t happy about it. When I got home and opened the boxes 3 of the pizzas were the wrong kind, one was under cooked, and one was burnt. I called the Pizza Hut on primerose, to complain but no one said sorry and the manager told me to bring the wrong kinds back and to pick up the right pizzas about an hour later. It was so hot that day and we were so hungry. And I want them to deliver it etc.the final decision was I got credit for next time and to just eat the pizza. But when I told her they should apologize first about their mistake she hung up on me. What a terrible service. I’m so disappointed. I will never use Pizza Hut again.

I phoned and after several rings was met with a rude toned worker. I was then abruptly hung up on. I phoned back, giving benefit of the doubt, but was rudely hung up on again.

Never answers the phones. Leave you on hold for ever for no reason and horrible staff/ customer service. Never going back to this location

This pizzahut is much much better than Broadway but still I had problem with their own delivery and wasn't as good as their pizzas. I always order pizza from this place because they make them wonderful and delicious.

How does a Pizza Hut offer over the phone pick up or delivery orders if they don’t answer the phone? This is the second time this has happened, last time we were ordering from our car outside the restaurant and no one was answering the phone so we went inside to order and there was staff standing right by the phones. Doesn’t make much sense

No one came out from the back for a few when I came in. Not very friendly. I was the only customer there. More concerned about telling their co-worker what a stressful day it had been.
Pizza was good but customer service is also what brings customers back.

Reposting my review as it was removed for some reason. I still stand by my honest words from my original review. Hopefully the business has learned and corrected their mistakes since.

On Sunday December 13th, 2020 at 08: 40 pm, I went in to pick up my order. The guy was in the back boxing my food was not wearing his mask. When he brought my food to the counter, still with no mask on, so I confronted him on it and he claimed that he was too hot working in the kitchen and needed to ‘take it off for 5 or 10 minutes at a time’ to breathe’. I was completely disgusted. You don’t see other restaurants operating like that. You take your mask off on your break so you can breath for a bit. Not when you are hovering over someone’s order. I just can’t believe it. I literally watched him box my pizzas with no face covering. The place should be shut down for this.

Worst customer service i have ever xp.i went there person taking order was like she is in hurry and just cannot wait for me to complete my order there was no one else in the line. 0 professionalism. Whole experience was bad.

On a Friday night around 21: 22. Ordered on the site and Waited for about an hour, and got undercooked pizza and breadsticks. Very bad service. Never recommend.

Crooks.my grandma called and was asking if they had any specials.she was told no and was sold 2 mediums and 8 wings for 60 $ delivery with tip.when they could have just sold her a big box meal.it's sad in covid 19 that company's take advantage of elderly

Ordered triple treat box because of promo for 10$ voucher. Never recieved voucher! Will not order from here again.

And second order in a row they messed up. Primrose location.
First didnt deliver my Cesar salad with other food. Called she said it would be sent out right away. 4 HOURS later it shows up.
Then paid extra for cheese on breadsticks and garlic toast. No cheese. Called to complain and they won't refund the extra I paid for the cheese. Can't send them a photo to prove it cause they don't have an email or cell number to send to.
LAST time I ever use the Primrose location. Totally incompetent and doesn't care at all if they get your order right.

I would say it's one of the best location. No other store make my veggie lover full enough as this one. Very friendly staff and always happy to help. Great crust and great deals if you order online. Person at front helped to find good deal online. Much appreciated for the time.

This location is on of the best pizza place, nice people and food is always delicious and quick service on delivery, would go again.

Ordered for delivery - sent wrong size and wrong toppings for one - and missing toppings on second - cheese dry and obviously pre-packaged - no receipt goven so do not even know if we paid for what we ordered or what was sent.

This was a super sad experience. There was barely cheese kn the pizza it was like eating sauced dough with bare minimum cheese. Not a fan of this location. Quality was not worth the price. Warman location is amazing.

No one at the front counter. Said 'hello' 3 times with no response. Finally someone said "okay. I hear you" very rudely. Plus the pizza tasted a day old.

I don't eat from here often mostly because I find it too expensive but I decided to give it another go tonight. After a mistake on top of a power outage I had to wait a little longer than usual but they went above and beyond to make me happy. Staff was friendly but more importantly the chicken Caesar I ordered was delicious and cooked perfectly.

If I could give it zero stars I would. We ordered delivery, it took an hour to get here. They sent the wrong pizza. I called them and they asked if I wanted the correct pizza to be made and sent. I said yes since that pizza was ordered for someone with allergies (the birthday gir I might add) she has nothing to eat so yes I think you should send out the correct pizza. An hour later still no pizza. We call again and demand to speak to a manager only to find out they made absolutely no attempt to correct their mistake and had still not started making the pizza
This is now 2 hours after the original order time. NOW they will make the correct pizza they say. That was a long time ago. Obviously they don't care at all about their customers and don't need our business.

Sounds fair to me, you will not get another dime from us. I suggest you order anywhere else. If you're looking for good food and good service you will definitely not find it here! Save your money.

Worst pizza place I’ve ever ordered from. Took 3 times to for a girl to pick up the phone without greeting. After I mentioned 3 hello she said hello and the awkward silence. I was like is this Pizza Hut? She numbly replied yes. Wow. That’s how u greeting as a business I thought I was phoning a 12 Year old. Ordered pizza got delivered nice driver she didn’t put drinks down on my order. Phoned back. She said oh I didn’t charge you. Okay so can I get my pop delivered ASAP? Oh it’s gonna be another 30-45 mins wow! Really wow! Business manager or owner of this place really need to have some basic employee training instead of paying the minimum wage and don’t get a damn after.worst worst experience ever!

They screwed up my order last night. These were the honey garlic wings I ordered, with barely any sauce, so basically plain. Then I fill out the survey and tell them to email and not call me.
The next day I get woken up by a phone call telling me that I ordered wrong and can’t read because I didn’t notice they’re now honey bbq and I thought they were honey garlic. So this guy that phoned me clearly can’t read, and has absolutely terrible customer service. Will not ever order from this location (or chain) again!
Service is worse than their crappy food.

Glad to see I’m not alone, seems like you get more bad reviews then good. Maybe you should do something about your management at this store, it’s awful.
