Pizza Hut Regina

We ordered yesterday and got the double box. I only had one slice of the chicken Alfredo pizza and one of the chipits cookie. A couple hours after I was puking and so sick. I ended up getting food poisoning from here and usually we don’t have problems but now we will no longer be ordering from here anymore.

Just a walk up, no seating. Pizza is decent for what you are expecting, which shouldn't be much.

Absolutely awful costumer service. After giving my name number and address getting put on hold for 10 minutes and then calling back only to be hung up on. Awful.

I walked in @ 3: 30, pre-paid and ordered food to be delivered at 5: 30, taking the time 3 times to say “ to be delivered”
Got a call 5 minutes after I left saying I had to pay delivery fee, hell no, then a call asking for my address… still haven’t seen my food! If your employees are too inept to follow instructions or record an address
The delivery man just came, he was given 3 wrong address’. Finally called me to see where to go
What a joke Pizza Hut! All this and cold food!

This location used to be our go-to however our last 3 experiences have left me not wanting to go back. First negative experience was when the website was down for payment so I called my order in and it was going to be over $20 more than the online price, after some discussion they adjusted some of the cost but it was still more than what it was to order online. Our last two orders were nothing but soggy pizzas missing toppings and cheese in portions of the pie and the pizza cookie was almost always burnt. Not worth the price for the quality you get.

Food was good as usual. Ordering online is easy and painless, and the eta is always accurate.
