Pizza Hut Saskatoon

Every time I ordered here they would cheap out on toppings. You can see the marinara sauce everywhere and lots of it but the cheese And toppings would barely be there. I hate this location. Its owner has probably told their staff to cheap out on toppings. Never ordering here again.

Typical pizza hut. I don't expect an incredible pizza, but it is always exactly the same. Which is what I was looking for. Thank you pizza hut

This is my go to hut, usually the service is very fast and accurate. The food is usually always good. The only reason they lost stars was the last two visits, My order got messed up both times and they didn't realize it until I was there to pick it up and I had to wait for them to remake my order both times.

Ordered pull apart cheesy bites but I couldn’t find any cheese and it’s too much salty I don’t recommend this at all

They don’t how to talk with customers. One of the bad experience with girl who works in night shift. Girl is pretending like she is giving me some kind of favour. Go with other locations.

No pick me up phone call I don’t know what they are working so if don’t pick up the phone call please delete the number

I came to order pizzas late at night and Alwin went above and beyond to help us take our order. He was very friendly and patient. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service.

Food is not good at all, and the prices are very high, others have better pizza with much lower prices.

The store on line reads open at 11am signs on door say 11am it’s 11 20 am door is locked with the open sigh on and workers are walking by when I knock. Are you open or closed please turn off your sign or open the door and say your not ready

I used to come to this location but no more! I ordered pizza from them told me 30 min. Waited an hour called back the lady literally had no idea what is going on. They made up some excuse and told me sorry we can't do anything for you. Honestly I get it it's a big franchise they don't need to care for customers or even have decent customer service to deal with problems, we should not be ordering from these franchises anymore anyways. You lost a loyal customer and hopefully more people will read this and think twice.

Great pizza and their specials are very competitive. The customer service at this location is very poor, but that is just in terms of phone and pick up. The cooks and management are doing a great job.

Went there at 11: 30 for there lunch special and was told it's going to be a 5 min wait for the pizza even though it starts at 11: 30

Waiting a little bit of extra time for a takeout order. That's ok.
Having your order mixed up a little bit. Also ok.
Both extra time and a mix up, I'll probably tolerate.
Both with no apology, no acknowledgment, and when I asked to speak with someone a response akin to "better luck next time", not ok.
We will never return to this pizza hut.
