Pizza Hut Saskatoon

Food is always good but what I really love about this pizza store is they’re so friendly especially those 2 Filipinos. Small shop not really good for dining in but I always had my pizza to go so it’s fine for me.

If I could give it zero stars I would. All pizza hut’s are a joke! They tell you it will be an hour and a half for delivery and you can’t call another location because they say it’s too far for the driver they won’t come. I’m never ordering from them again.

Pizza good but the slices and ingredients were minimal. Not cooked well. Wasn't cut very well either.

I usually order from pizza hut but never again because the quality of food has gone so down, the pizza sauce was dripping and the toppings were falling of the pizza and when i called to complain about the quality i was told that do whatever you want i dont care and i am not going to share any information about the manager.to be very honest the customer service of this store has gone down and the staff is arguing and fighting with the customers.

Ordered one of those triple treat box which came with two pizzas. The pizzas weren’t even cooked I called to get a refund and they refused and said they could credit me which I am not ordering from there again.

Pizza was delivered 25 minutes late. Pizza is cold and box was squished and greasy. Called company and they said driver would come get pizza. Hard to understand person on phone as they do not speak English very well. Woman on the phone refused to give her name. Asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. Asked to speak to a district manager and was given the name Shawn. No contact number was provided. Manager said she is unable to give us money back because we ordered online. Pizza is sitting on the ground outside of my house. What a waste. Pizza hut just isn't what it used to be. NEVER again.

We ordered four pizza over the phone for a birthday and was helped by a patient, friendly person. Our orders came delivered faster than expected with everything correct. Keep up the good work.

Literally ordered a $15.99 pizza carry out. Paid visa so No Contact, AND left a Tip, to as always! Took my money but order never went through. I called them, they refuse to make my pizza or refund me today. It's 7: 33pm, and now have to order from Vern's to replace and spend another $20.

Store close 10 min early. I go inside the store manager say 10 min early close.no one Wright now making pizza. Manager very bad attitude.one black lady told me no one making pizza right now.why open sign?

Dear managment
please take note that the staff at this location is extremely unprofessional and rude. Greeting customers or "atleast a smile" is the bare minimum they could do. While some of your employees do act respectfully towards customers, i have had a number of experiences where your employees wont even make any eye contact or even an attempt to verbally communicate the bill. This is especially applicable to a few of the ladies that are employed at this location.
There are lots of other pizza places in town and they all have prices in the same ballpark. I would urge the management to step up and fix this issue so that this location doesn't end up loosing customers to to other places where the employees aren't hesitant to use their facial muscles.

I love pizza hut, I highly recommend this place. They consistently make good pizza. If you dont like your pizza greasy then try pizza hut.

2 hours! Almost 2 hours until we got our order delivered. Make sure to order for pick up if you want food. Boo.

I live right across the street from their restaurant. Their pizzas are tasty.

Dry bread sticks the pizza tasted weird like soya sauce I hope I dont get sick but that was my supper as our stove is broken! Never ordering from the sutherland central pizza hut again! Yuck

CHEAP & UNSANITARY!

Been here a couple times. Not very friendly.
Went for lunch today and there parmesan cheese was so old it was hard as a rock and chipped a tooth. Obvious they don't rotate their ingredients which means there shakers aren't getting washed. Never ENOUGH cheese on the pizza either.

Not to mention it was lunch rush and they had 1 pizza gone in the 1st 2 customers forcing everyone to wait 5-15 min.

Wonder if they'll even offer to help fix my tooth?

It's now been a week and no reply. They obviously don't give 2 shirts about anything.

No one will answer the phone so i can order, not impressed its been like this for an hour, not usually like this

I love getting the walk-in special here.:) Not available online, but you can get a rectangular pizza (about the size of a medium) for like $7.

Got 2 pizzas with ham and mushrooms and there was almost no cheese on them both and when I said something he said that the way they come grrr if I wasn't craving for it I would have tho them in hes face and get my money back

My son loves the boneless chicken wings, so I grab a poutine on the fly and it is very tasty and I love the curd cheese.

I used to eat here often but after tonight's experience I'll never go back with Rude staff order mixUp & delays with out compensation" I'll be calling Concord tomorrow & talk to the Top"!
