Switched to this place from downtown nails and spa, been really nice every time. They’ve never nicked me like some other places and my acrylic nails always are done neatly and timely too.fav place in regina so far.i would recommend booking a time to get in though

Did a walk-in couples pedi with my wife, waiting 2 minutes and then had perfect service. My feet and nails felt and looked like a million bucks! Still do a week later!

It’s a gamble each time when I visit with the quality of service that I receive. The nail techs are always rushing and talking with management and there is no consistency with the faces of the staff as they are always changing.

They don't know how to say no to walk ins and pay attention to the customers they have. Put a base coat on as a top coat, and also didn't apply it evenly, it's very clear and obvious which parts of the nail were missed. Didn't provide any lotion at any point during the service. The design work was not done well (hearts look like mickey mouse ears, wrong colors used, lines not straight). It's been less than a week and my polish is cracking. Had 3 different people working on me at different points and they kept repeating steps. Rushed me out the door at the end without letting it fully dry. I honestly could have done the same thing at home, if not better. Very unimpressed!

I would not recommend this place especially if you want nail art. They have no idea what they’re doing I asked for ombré and they had no idea how to do it. She used her finger to blend it out leaving finger prints on my nail looking very messy and bad. I also got French tips on my other nails and they didn’t clean them up to look clean also made the tip wayy to thick. I left the salon very unhappy with my nails and their service today. Now I have to look at these nails for the next month being unhappy with them. Also as I kept telling them I didn’t like she would call another employee over sounding like they were talking bad about me because I simply did not like what she was doing. Very disappointing as I’ve been here lots before. Not again.

While clipping my cuticles I was cut 3 times and bleeding. He barely acknowledged it as he was so busy doing 3 or 4 other things at the same time and wasn’t even watching what he was doing then left me for 10 minutes before someone else took over for him.

This has been my go-to for my nails. Sang and Linh are the best! I highly recommend them. They do acrylics, gel polish and regular polish too. They even have chairs for little girls, for those mommy-daughter spa day.

I went with a gift certificate for mani peti. The people were lovely. However they did my mani the same time as the peti. It was super uncomfortable and had to miss out on the massage chair because she needed it off in order to do my mani. My nails ended up bumpy and bubbly anyway and it was more expensive than my normal salon. I will never go back.

My regular nail salon could not get my daughter and I in on short notice so we came here for the first time. Clean and festive space. Quick to sit us on a Saturday morning. I watched as every customer walking through the door was attended to prompt and professionally. Service was amazing, I think I even fell asleep during my massage. Did exactly as asked from both my daughter and I and attention to detail was amazing. Might have a new spot to get our nails done ️

Went with my sister to get our toes done for her birthday and the staff is really nice and take good care of you!

Fantastic nail salon. Mia and her staff are always friendly and go above and beyond. Always clean and welcoming atmosphere!

Very unprofessional. Got my nails done and told that they were not dried properly but the owner didn't seem to care and paid $50 for it. Don't waste money go somewhere else.

I write this as i sit in the chair and this place is legit. Have tried another salon and definitely didn't compare. Had a younger girl this time and she did an amazing job.

Love polished nails! Often times it’s three generations going together. Mia, Henry and staff are very friendly and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

Polished is amazing! Very professional and great quality work. Everyone is very attentive and does a great job. I go every month and every time I leave I’m very happy with my nails. They are very capable of many great designs and always listen to what I want. I don’t think I’d go anywhere else and would always chose polished!

I love visiting Polished Nails! I feel pampered when I get a pedicure done. It is so relaxing. I love getting my manicure and SNS nail treatment also! It last so long! Mia and Henry have a wonderful business. They are kind and caring. Best salon in Regina! And great prices.

We went there fist time today. It’s a very meet and clean spa. My niece suggested that I should try this place and I am glad that I did. They did really good job.it’s reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love this place. You will not be disappointed. I’ve gone to many places. Some expensive spas and some not so expensive. I choose Polished over the rest. Great customer service and their very polite and professional and clean!

Had my acrylic nails done here. When she put the polish on she did not put my nails under the light (which is needed). They ended up peeling off.will never go back there.

They are very clean and quick, I was in and out within an hour with a beautiful set of SNS nails

I like this place a lot. I've been here a few times, and had good experiences every time. Staff are very friendly.

Went to get a simple manicure and they rushed through the whole process. They ask you 10 times about getting “shellac” even when you say NO. Busy looking out the window and not even paying attention. The lady working didn’t even try to clean under the nail when it was clearly dirty. Tried covering it with nail polish until I asked her to clean under the nail. My nails are still uneven from previous gel nails & they didn’t try to file it down. There was no hand massage, just an application of lotion. I would not recommend going to this nail salon.
