Online orders always late. They give priority to Skip the dishes and leave others waiting!

Service was bad sadly. They served 2 customers that came in after me before me. They also just left my food just sitting behind the counter. I will probably avoid this location in the future

Very bad service. Even after contacting the customer service and they will investigate and the branch will call me. Never happened after several emails

Today was very bad after the workers there dealt with me in a racist way after I and my family went to dinner and my wife is a Muslim after seeing her with me there weren't many customers and after waiting 15 minutes and I narrated their racist looks to me and my children and my wife and after asking them to take my order they told me to wait on the side until that We finished and they were talking and laughing among themselves. I do not advise anyone to go there. We are human beings and we are all equal. We have red blood. Also, I tell the owner of the place to look at the cameras today between 6 and 7: 50 pm in the evening, and you will see everything on the date of the day Aug 10/2023

I love Popeyes. The food tastes the same everywhere. It’s the service and environment that are different. I was satisfied with their friendly staffs and the way I was treated. Recommended!

Dirty tables and flies everywhere! Ordered 3 meals for the family. The food was good enough, we were hungry. Unfortunately 2 napkins for 3 people just won’t work. There probably is better places to eat.

Perfect place to quick bite. Doesn’t matter if i am going in restaurant or drive-thru, always gave me quick and fresh food. I usually go there to eat during my lunch break…?

After a ridiculously long wait in the drive thru we got up to order to be told they had no chicken ready and it'd be a 15 minute wait. How does somewhere that literally only serves chicken not able to forsee and plan to have chicken constantly ready? When we got to the window there was atleast 7 staff members there with several leaning against things and only a few working. It all made sense at this point. The girl at the window was extremely rude and we just canceled the order. This has been the absolute worse service and will not return to this location.

First of all I would give zero stars but there is not an option for that. To begin with I ordered food at around 5: 10 5: 15 p.m. Today my order did not show up by 6: 45 so a couple minutes ago I went outside and the bag was sitting out there full of rain because it is raining and the food was cold. So the delivery guy from Popeyes did not knock, I had my inside door open and my outside screen door closed so and he didn't knock nor ring the doorbell he just left the food on the doorstep and left, and I know if he would have knocked my dogs would have barked instantly. We had ordered a 16-piece meal and about eight of the chicken were red and pink when you bit into them, the gravy was just one big jelly because it was so cold the mashed potatoes were cold, the biscuits were dry and cold overall not worth $65. Would not recommend and would never order from them again lesson learned. I will update tomorrow and see if we get food poisoning from the raw chicken.

Completely frustrating. I ordered a sandwich and an order of shrimp. I was sent to wait out front. 15 min later my order came. Sandwich was warm at best. Fine. The shrimp? Well, the photo speaks for itself. For 7 bucks I expected more than a dash of shrimp in the box! Good grief. The photo speaks for itself. Not a lot of value for my hard earned money.

I wish I took a picture but I was driving while eating. I purchased the spicy chicken sandwich and was very disappointed in what I received. The chicken inside the sandwich, though it tasted awesome, was extremely small and almost no sauce. All I tasted was bun. There was hardly any chicken. I want the size I see people online eating!

The person who took my order had no clue. I tryed ordering a 3 peice plater one white 2 dark should have been simple. I got home to find all dark and as I was sharing the order with my wife she didn't get a piece of white as we ordered. When I called back to see what was going to be done I received an apology and was told I could come back for one piece of chicken. What a joke. I asked to talk to a manager and was told I would have to call back in the morning. I felt the order should have been replaced. Like any other restaurant would do. Popeyes is off my list of places to eat.

Awful service. Was told to wait when ordered a pie and had to wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes then told they forgot. It's not the first time the wait times for the drive thru has been outrageous. Seems like they never have anything prepared.

Ordered 12 piece nuggets at this location. I was extremely disappointed. I have ordered these on many times before at a different location and they are suppose to be huge nuggets (like the advertising pictures). Instead I got the smallest pieces of chicken and some of them didn't have meat in them.just breading. They were a third the size that they are suppose to be. Oh and also they were dry and not fresh. I will definitely call in to see if they will rectify the situation.

Food was good as usual but the problem came from the staff. Went through drive thru and everything was fine, was told there would be a wait which is okay. Was told to park up front due to the wait which is understandable. They brought the food out in a timely manner, I check the order and it was missing one thing, mistakes happen no problem. Went inside and informed them they missed an item and here's where the problem began. They looked at my receipt and acknowledged they missed it with an "oh yeah" they then went to grab the item and just handed it to me. No sorry, no care or regard to customer service not a single word said. Poor customer service from the front end staff.

Each time I go through this location, something is messed up. Today, NO GRAVY. I paid 16$ for tenders, fries and GRAVY. I can't even call because it just says "this person cannot be reached at this time". Convenient. I don't live very close to the location, so I don't want to have to drive all the way back for a gravy. I am beyond mad.

Very good but I got the three peice and I got 2 drumsticks and a thigh I guess it's better than 3 wings

I haven't been to either restaurant before but from what I have read and what I have heard I doubt I ever will. It really is too bad because I eat a lot of chicken during the week and would have loved to have had another option. Especially with the new Popeyes opening in the north end of the city. The manager doesn't sound convincing at all in his willingness to make things right! Might be time to send all the complaints to cooperate headquarters!

Literally would give 0 stars if I could. I got a 3 peice chicken tenders through the drive threw. And was gunna eat it on my way home. I opened the box and EVERYTHING in it was cold and stale tasting.like not even warm-ish.like actually cold.who knows how long they had been sitting there, don't understand why they gave me the throw aways rather then cooking up some new ones.and obviously the throw away fries too, because there was barely any fries in the box.the biscuit was disgusting because its was also cold.so it was hard.first AND LAST time I ever go there. I would not recommend this place ever.
ALSO, the lady working was rude.and I asked for sprite and she literally sounded like she had no idea what I was talking about.

My order was incorrect. I spoke to them about it, and they told me I was lying. I would not care to make a review otherwise, but this is terrible.

Yesterday I ordered a family meal using my mobile app coupon $39 that included 14 PCs chicken, 7 biscuits and 2 sides. I've ordered for a spicier flavor
What I got: no spicy flavor in the fried chicken, 2 sides, NO BISCUITS AT ALL. No napkins.
The employee/staff did it intentionally because the employee insisted me to order another item which I did not. I wanted to see their service which was absolutely disappointing!

Today is the first time for me visiting this location. Very clean inside with spacious design. Service was friendly and quick. Their Classic chicken sandwiches are some of the best you will ever try. I have had Chik-fil-A many times in the past in the US and this sandwich is pretty similar in taste and quality.

Will always consider getting a quick meal here when not enough time for sit-down restaurant.

Service was terrible! People are rude! Waited more than 25 minutes for a drive thru order.no customer service at all.

Food was terrible. Portions were small compared to the other Popeyes locations. You could tell they were doing everything as cheap as possible, even the hand soap was watered down. Won't go back.

Every Thursday when you guys stopped making Spicy so we don’t get our favourite pieces and flavours. Every time we asked for ketchup, hot sauce and napkins they forgot and they didn’t give us a receipt
Please inprove you Service in the drive through

It’s the best fast food chicken wise but it seems that they always forget something from our order. Regardless.better than any other chicken sandwich place in Saskatoon.

Extremely rude customer service. Manager is useless and not accountable for making the mistakes. They always messed up orders at drive through.

Food is not bad but when I got my food my poutine was on its side in the bag and dumped all over my car. It's not rocket science to put a poutine in a bag. So it's meh

Wish could give them 0 stars. Really soggy and oily burger. Fries were completly soaked in oil, literraly dripping oil. Make an extra trip to kensignton popoye way better quality and atleast they wont give you stale food.

In terms of taste, the food does well. I found some pieces were quite greasy due to all the batter used though. Prices also aren't great, when a 4 piece meal with sides costs $12+. The Mac n cheese side is also quite pathetic

I was in the drive thru a few days ago ordered some chicken the manager JANE helped me. I requested her for fresh chicken waited in the there for 25 minutes. When I got the chicken ahe said it was fresh. I went home and to my surprise the chicken was even worse smelling so awfull that it gave me a headache and I felt like vomiting. So I went back and complained. I asked to speak to JANE but as soon as saw me she pretended to look busy. What an ignorant and stupid manager popeyes have. I waited to speak to her and all she was busy doing was giggling and inappropriately touching her Male staff in the back. She has no etiquette and no sense of professionalism. When she finally got time came up to me and vaguely apologized. Then gave me another box of chicken as my replacement. I went home because didn't want to deal with that unprofessional person. Opened my box, the chicken was still the same the old and black to the bones. And it smelled like VINEGAR!
Took a little bites and it was sour. And spat it out. I think they clean there chicken with vinegar when it goes bad. Didn't want to deal with that Stupid lady and any of the unconsidered managment. I hope u start selling fresh chicken and get rid of JANE who is no use for this establishment.

Was there on Monday around 4pm I got some chicken Tenders. Tasted really good. However it gave me food poisoning, only half hour later. Today is Thursday and I am still sick. You broke my heart popeyes you used to be good to me.

Food is always so good for what you pay for, usually fast except for the odd time where you have to wait outside the building for 10 minutes after the drivethru

Love the food, -1 star because I had to wait 10 minutes in the drive through and then another 10 minutes parked waiting for the food.

The 2 "managers" Abdullahbabullah and Imedbaheerabba need fired. Talk about purely disgusting service there. A group of us were treated to watching them yap at each other in their LOVELY LOUD language, waving their hands and one vilely picking his nose. Boycott this dirty filthy establishment run by a man Aqui or some other name who doesn't live here or give a damn. BLOODY SICK OF BEING RIPPED OFF BY SCUM LIKE THIS! You want to work in Canada, SPEAK ENGLISH! Act like you have been in civilization for more than the time it takes camels to hump.

Enjoyed their spicy crispy chicken. Was a little upset because they ran out of red beans and rice. Clean space. Busy drive thru.
