Went today and the staff are wonderful! Chicken is good, and the fries are superb! Washroom is clean and accessible.

Will go here again even just for the nice people that served us here! Kudos and keep up the great work!

First Popeyes in years. Forgot how good it is.
Piece of chicken breast, Cajun fries, gravy, deluxe chicken burger. All delicious. Nice fella on the counter too

I am commenting after 4 years because I want to commend Ali the front counter person for his energy and friendly attitude. I hope all of the employees are like that. I waited 12 minutes for my chicken but it’s all good because Ali is very friendly and have good service doing suggestive stuff and all.

The cashier at this Popeyes was most pleasant and bubbly cashier I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant!

Bought tenders and chicken, request them for spicy but they gave me 50-50.tenders were so bad, lots of flour. Its worst. Kids were so angry. These things happened with me 2nd time.

Staff unbelievably rude rolling eyes etc I have 3 kids and asked for extra napkins and the manager said no excuse me no if you don't like your job then quit won't retune to this one hope the other ones are better.

I come here VERY often. And some people are surprisingly rude to the staff. The saying goes "treat others how you want to be treated" and these people follow that. If you're rude to the staff don't expect them to hand feed you

I frequently buy here, but today I was so disappointed with my order, I ordered 16 pcs chicken bucket meal spicy and mild then when I was about to eat I already saw the 1 fried chicken is recooked because it was dry then the 2nd piece of chicken I get is also dry, I loss my appetite then, they mixed the old fried chicken with other new fried chicken they gave to us, The manager should know it.

This chicken is awesome, don't beleive me? Give it to your normally fussy 3 year olds and watch them devour it.extra crispy goodness

Ordered on SkipTheDishes and there was lightbulb glass in my strip meal. Contacted the store and the employee confirmed a lightbulb broke earlier and they thought they cleaned it up. Spoke to the manager and he apologized and asked me to contact SkipTheDishes for a full refund. Contacted SkipTheDishes and they would not help me. Contacted the store again and this time he said I was lying and there was no broken glass ever in their store - even though the employee confirmed it. All I was asking for was a refund. No offer of refund after SkipTheDishes would not help me or no offer of fresh food. I do not eat broken lightbulb glass!

Came here yesterday afternoon and the guy behind was the RUDEST most unprofessional person I have ever met. That guy shouldn't be working if he can't handle it

I ordered my food behind my friend and my poutine was served with frozen cheese, the replacement was half frozen so I accepted it knowing that was the best they can do.
15 minutes later, after almost 2 deliveries and a family was served, my friend got his order finally.

Not a very good experience at this location.

Store is dirty, very poor service. Went there and get home to realize my order is not complete, to think that the front and the manager is the one organizing my orders phone them and ask if they can be able to just delivery it, since its there fault not completing my order, all they said is we don't deliver you can either pick it up or we credit it next time you come, with my two kids and a cold weather that's all they can tell you, and they want you to arrange the delivery because they don't deal with them. Seriously? So upset with the service, I ended up with no choice so I drove again at 8pm just to pick it up. I would not recommend this at all, I'm not even going back there. Very poor service.

The food was fine but they were very slow. While I was waiting they messed up a few people's orders and as I was leaving one of the cooks was outside in his apron.

Ask to have more thigh and said they will but when I get home it was all legs so disappointed they should have not promise what they can deliver

Good customer service and portion size but chicken is very salty. The same thing on a few occasion. Coleslaw tastes funny too.

I've been here a few times and its always been hit or miss with the food being cooked properly but today's experience was terrible. The chicken and chicken wings I ordered were almost raw, inedible, even though I had specified it to be cooked well. I wasted my time and money going this far for raw food.

I tried to order a family platter of spicy chicken but they said they only had mild. I said that's fine. After waiting for 10 minutes I asked if it was ready and they said it would be faster if I ordered spicy.then for the large side they gave us one scoop of potatoes only because there wasn't enough left. Also there was no napkins in the bag. Not too impressed

Is it just me or do I get my order last. I just ordered 2 chicken breasts and onion rings and this was before 3 others. Did they have to fly in a louisiana chicken and onions from a farm nearby? Just checking. Then I get spicy chicken breasts when I ordered mild. Oh well, I'm just grateful to have this food.

We love the chicken there, but the last time we were there, I ordered a spicy chicken and a regular chicken dinners both dinners were rubbery tasting and bloody on the bone and greasy, they need to leave it in the deep fried a little longer, and the spicy dinner we ordered was not spicy, they were both regular. I would recommend it but please fry it a little longer Thanks.

I've been here a few times and only ever gotten the shrimp but this time I decided to get chicken they didn't even have two pieces of regular chicken to give me I had to wait a half an hour for them to deep fry some more and then I'll all I got was a I'm sorry I will never be back to this location again and the Fried Chicken wasn't even that good I can make better at home or go to KFC

I bought a family meal and i had ordered a side of shrimp.very disappointed for the amout i got at 6$ very little the little container they put it in was so empty.very unsatisfied

Clean, well lit, pleasant staff. Food was fresh and well prepared. Space accessible and pleasant. I'd never had Popeye's before, and was somewhat ambivalent. My wife liked it a lot. I had called ahead and they offered a pickup time, but on arrival it turned out they were out of our preferred, mild, so had to wait an extra 25 minutes past the pickup time. They did apologize and provide some extra chicken. Overall a pleasant experience that was slightly above average.

Worst customer service ever in saskatoon naf said. We are all confused why the wait is so long while chicken is sitting at the counter and it was the slow day ever like hello. Guys should step up or else bye bye!
