Drive thru Customer service was not great. If I am correctly catching the name some one called hetvi was having a kind of attitude even though my friend was kind and polite with them. The management should work on this. Don’t deserve one star also.

Ordered chicken sandwich combo it was great felt fresh and the fries were good too.
Coming back soon for sure.

Staff have wonderful customer service and they are so helpful and supportive. This is great location with lot of parking facilities, malls, petrol station, and other facilities nearby.
They are playing also a nice music.

Wow! Someone returned an order as it wasn't theirs and the staff tried to give it to the next person. I spoke up and said you can't serve that to anyone so they threw it out. Sounds like staff need some safe food handling training.

First time ordering here, the fries were hard and dry, obviously been there for a bit, wife had the 2 piece combo asked for all white, did not get and it was very dry as well, I had the chicken sandwich which was good except for the bitter pickles on it, my fries were hard and dry as well.not too impressed, can't say we are going back too soon

We asked for our chicken to be half spicy and half mild. We were told they would be separate in the box with paper separating. There was no paper, no separation, no way to tell which chicken was which. I was already leery of eating at a place that was so spicy as I cannot handle any spice at all. I will never be back.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We stopped in Moose Jaw on the way through and had some food here. They refused to give us plates for our meal. Refused to give up cups for the 2L we bought to go with our meal. No toilet paper in the restroom. Customer service was the worst I've ever had. My advice? Don't waste your time or money at this location. I sent in a complaint to which they informed me they will forward it to the restaurant. That ship has sailed. Will never go back and will advise others of my experience. Horrible!

Tonight I went through the drive thru. I ordered Deluxe chicken sandwich, a drink, two strawberry fried pies and the fellow told me if I ordered a platter I could get two sides so I ordered the platter with onion rings and fries. Silly me, I paid over 18 dollars and drove away. When I got home there was two onion rings and fries all literally thrown into one box, the drink and the pies, guess what, NO chicken burger. I advise everyone to check to make sure their order is correct before they drive away from the window.

Ordered family special. Counter had difficulty understanding anything we said. To the point where they needed assistance for simple requests. Large Mac and cheese side was barely over half full. Biscuits after being happy last time were now too salty like Regina's locations. Kids described Mac and cheese as "Mac and milk. " Chicken was the only saving grace. 2 chances now I'm done.

I had a 4pc combo with coleslaw and it came to just over $20. I saved two pieces for lunch the next day as it was more than I needed. Two drums and two breasts. I ordered the spicy. It wasn't bad. Not too hot. I just wish it was a little crispier. Fries and slaw were good. Not to keen on getting my chicken from the heat lamps though. Chicken was a bit dry. Makes you wonder how long it sits there. Service was fast though it wasn't too busy at 7pm.

First time visit for lunch for 2. Ordered in-house, Ate in our vehicle as the few open tables in the place were dirty.one 3 piece meal combo and one 3 piece tender combo and a side of gravy. After opening a bag of food in our vehicle, we saw that the tender combo consisted of the chicken tenders and a biscuit, with no fries. 3 piece meal included chicken, fries, and a biscuit. I took the receipt back into the store and was told that the gravy was my side order and I would have to pay for fries if I wanted some. As I'd already paid for 2 combo meals, I thought this was odd. After declining, I returned to our vehicle to find that they also didn't include the honey mustard dip for the tenders. The biscuit had a weird taste that reminded me of the fake butter that one finds on theater popcorn. Overall, I was disappointed. Unsure if I will return or not.

Drove out of the way to come to Popeyes and go to enter and the door is locked. There is one table seated and every other table has chairs on top. Try the door a couple of times and there are two staff cleaning the floor and won’t even look at us. This was around 9: 15pm on a Thursday and the store hour sign said they were open to 10pm. Tried calling the store and no answer. Terrible service for a new store.

Went in there today order to deluxe chicken the lettuce was brown and wilted and the tomatoes were. The chicken was barely lukewarm and the fries were half throat the bag. For a new store you think that they would have a little bit more.

Went through the drive through and ordered a two piece chicken platter with onion rings as well as a chicken sandwich with fries, the rings were drippy and greasy and the chicken was Luke warm, like it had been sitting under the lamp for awhile, we drove through and had the food within 3 minutes… I don’t mind a bit of a wait for fresh food. Not impressed…. This is a new open so may try one more time dine in and leave another review then
