Recently made a purchase. Our sales person Johran was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. A pleasure to do business with.

Poor customer service. Refused to give me any part numbers for my motorcycle just so I have to go through the store and buy through them. He said he “would not give any part numbers and/or titles so I can rob the company and find cheaper parts on my own”

Terrible Customer Service from the front end to the back. If I could give zero stars I would.

One star is a bit of a stretch. If I could select a negative star rating I would.

This dealership is a complete joke!

My experience with this company is nothing short of a comedic / horror story. Keep reading if you want a laugh.

I took my Sea-doo Spark to them to check to see if a sensor had failed. They called me up and told me that my Spark, which had five hours on it, needed a new engine!

When I arrived to pick the Spark up and take it back, it did not have an engine in it!
Not only that, but they were not able to find the engine!

Imagine taking your car in for an oil change and the dealership removes your engine because the oil level was low.

Eventually, they did find the motor and I took the Spark and a box full of parts home.

Now, half a year later, they are trying to charge me $1000.00 for labour?
I asked them to check a sensor and they completely disassembled the motor. Now they want me to pay for their labour?

Seriously, how is this company in business?

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, and cost of repairs was below what I expected. Outstanding place!

I came here for all of my sled gear, sled parts, and even bought a New Spark Trixx. I was very likely going to snow check a new skidoo here, too.
Easily spent over $ 20,000 dollars here.

New ownership implemented policies, and I went elsewhere for a sled.

Parts, sales, and service departments I've not had an issue with. It was solely how ownership treats customers.

The place is a good experience helpful people that are very knowledgeable and care about the product they are selling is a good product for your needs awesome

Staff are very friendly and great to deal with. They ordered my quad part I needed and it came in within days!
