You guys always ways do a phenomenal job with our pets and this is as good a time as any to say thank you. So thank you.

I was unsure how Asia my 6 month old gsd was going to react, she hadn’t been round people or other animals yet, Surprising she was awesome the atmosphere was very relaxed she was very well behaved all in part of the people that she had contact with, and animals know this better than us.

My cat became sick very quickly so a few weeks ago I brought him into the hospital for treatment.
The vet worked with him and me for almost a month trying to come up with a solution for what was making him sick. She provided me with all the options available for treating him and all the information I needed to make decisions regarding his care, but she never once pressured me into anything. I feel like she gave it her all to care for him.
Ultimately, I had to let my boy go and felt very supported by all the staff at the hospital. The vet was very compassionate and helped me through the process.
Every staff member including ladies at the front desk, and techs are very appreciated and made this difficult time easier on me.

As far as the cost, it was never more than I was quoted or expected and definitely more affordable to the other vets I’ve used in different cities across Canada.

Our new, older dog, Lucas, came to us with the nastiest ear infection - which affected his balance, among other issues. The team at Prairie Animal Health managed his treatment, and, also pulled some nasty teeth- he's now happy, energetic & doing the zoomies!

They were great to deal with, they answered all my questions even my additional ones a few days after. They made the whole surgery procedure alot less scary.

Frienly helpful service and reasonable in price.i like this vet and my dog is excited to go there which isn't always the case. They've helped my dog tremendously!

Great care and service as always from the staff here. Really appreciate them letting me know about the 3-year vs the 1-year vaccination options which overall saves me money, and my cat from getting jabbed extra times for no reason.

Trusted the vet with the most precious thing in my life my not even 8 month old puppy. For the price I paid for trying to get my puppies broke leg fixed and for all the complications that went along with it and now knowing what I know I believe certain vets should never be allowed to deal with small animals like dogs, cats, and all other little precious animals we love. I feel if the vet had been truly honest and did what was actually in the best interest of helping my puppy he would still be alive not have died on the operating table. The only positive thing I can say about this place is yes they accommodate peoples schedules and the front ladies are very caring. I didn't complain about the cost because at the time I trusted the vet, but after having sat down and gone over everything said to me and done by that vet I believe she didn't act quick enough and left the problem linger on too long and in turn my puppy lost his precious life.

The girls at the front desk are always so accommodating, friendly and caring. It's never a good situation when we have to come in for treatments, but I always know that my furs are well taken care of.

They fit me in when they had no appointments.twice! They were friendly, great with my cat, knowledgeable staff, excellent prices! Definitely recommend

Would like to say a big thank you for seeing our dog Shadow on such short notice, as we passed through Estevan. And willing to give info for him when we reach a vet at our destination.

We love taking our kitty’s there. I have lost animals and had them cremated there. They were so consoling. Recently we have taken in some kitty’s. We have had some scrapes and infections. Vaccinations and a spay attended to here. We always feel welcome, never pressured into any procedures, without out being prepared for the cost. Our kitty’s, are like our kids. It is also wonderful to have a local Veterinarian Doctors office. With this present economy and the price of fuel it definitely helps. It is also an important part of our community. Not to mention cats are not very good travellers lol. Thank you Prairie Animal Health Centre. We appreciate the service. #supportlocal

We have had an extremely, extremely hard last few weeks with our two beloved kitty cats. We had to say goodbye to one which was of course so hard. The team has gone above and beyond to make these incredibly hard times as easy as the can be. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your team is sincerely wonderful.

The staff is awesome. They always try to accommodate if my schedule changes. They send reminders for appointments if it's for injections, surgery or just a check up. Both of my cats are treated very well. I recommend going here for all your fur baby needs.

Well seems to me if a dog is scared, vet says bad behavior, some dogs are traumatized and vets should know that. Everytime comments on bad behavior, it's common. Didn't nip and bad behavior? We don't all own poodles!

Although already busy, this health centre was able to take the time to diagnose and help my car sick and home sick dog efficiently and professionally right from the phone triage conversation. Eternal thanks to the vet and assistant for all they did. Places like this reconfirm my faith in.everything!

I use to have good experience in the past but I was in shock watching the vet grab my pug and lift her by her skin with no gentle approach as she screamed…wish I lost it then but I didn’t. Never going back.

The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I took my one kitten in to get spade. They called me to let me know how the surgery went and how she was doing. Then they text me to see how she was doing. Thank you for the awesome service.

The staff here are very friendly and informant. They are quick to assist and answer any questions I have concerning my dog. They are also very quick in getting him in for any appointments, same day sometimes, which is good as a new pet owner some situations can be worrisome.

You are always so kind and welcoming. You provide helpful advice in a judgment free zone.

Sending your pet to New Zealand is the most complicated thing. It is a complicated process, a lot of effort to go through this. It is an expensive exercise that requires a lot of patience. I spent thousands of dollars, and months checking off lists. Without the Prairie Animal Health Centre, I would have missed some important steps and make everything more complicated. Staff at Prairie Animal Health Centre helped me organize everything easily. They always send me a new update regarding every single step. Their service is more than fantastic. I strongly recommend contacting Prairie Animal Health Centre if you want to send your pet anywhere in the world.

Our recent trip with our 1 year old dog was great! They took lots of time to check her over and tell me about her general health. Would recommend this vet clinic to anyone with fur babies.

I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.
Out of respect to the Vet we arrived 15 mins early, to have our yearling mini horse gelded. We were asked to fast him over night which we did.
Once we arrived we were told to park out back by the grass (because thats were she assumed the proceedure would be performed (on the grass) and that it would be a few mins. So we did. We waited 45 mins, so I went back in to see how much longer (being that my husband had to get back to work). No one was in the reception area, so i took a walk around looking at supplies while I waited. It was than that one of the 2 girls visiting in the office noticed me and came out. I asked her about how much longer. At that time a vet tech came out of a room, and she asked her. The vet tech was very dismissive and said a few more minutes.so I said ok and went back outside to tell my husband. When I told my husband he said ok well we will wait another half an hour and if no one comes out we are leaving.so an hour and 10 mins after arriving the vet finally comes out to the truck. I was happy to see him and told him that we were just getting to leave.my relief that the vet was there and my horse was going to get gelded was quickly vanished, when he dismissively told me that he doesn't have time as the proceedure could take anywhere from an hr - 3 hours. I told him that wasn't an issue he than again said he doesn't have time, animals lives were on the line and dismissively started sauntering away. I than told him that is very unprofessional to walk away from us after we waited this long and I will definitely be leaving a review about our experience (which I couldn't on facebook as apprarantly they have thier reviews turned off.) he came rushing back and histerically started yelling at me saying lives are on the line I don't understand!
I than told him, that I do love animals (so much so I spent $110 to save a baby gopher) and we would have understood if someone could have came and told us, rather than leaving us waiting in limbo. He than still histerically yelling said they were all busy. I said thats wierd because when I went in there half an hour ago, two girls were visiting in the office. He than told me they are not medical professionals, I told him they didn't have to be to relay a message. This clinic and it's vet had NO consideration for our time (as it was a 45 min drive each way, plus an hour and 15 min wait), our feelings (being left outside like idiots), nor our yearly mini (which is a huge part of our family. He didn't even acknowledge him nor look his way when he came out.let alone care about the stress of him being fasted over night, being away from the herd, being in a trailer for the first time, etc all for nothing)
I didn't like the vets dismissive arrogant attitude, nor the fact that as a vet, a lover/ saviour of animals, he couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge my horse (even just a pet on the head). We were just an annoyance to him apparently, including our horse. I just want to make it clear, we waited for an hour and 15 mins. I only checked in twice during that time.when we arrived and after we waited 45 mins. I could understand if I was coming in every 15 mins asking how much longer, but I didn't. To be honest good customer service would have been for the staff to come out and update us on our wait time, not leave us in limbo like us and our horse didn't matter (It was very clear in the end we didnt matter). He claims I don't understand.well how can we understand when no one tells us anything? Little did he know that if there was an emergency situation we would have understood, when it comes to lives and deaths of animals I do have an understanding. How could this horrible experience all been avoided? By simply having some common courtesy, and decent customer service. They could have called us this morning before we left, when we were on our way to estevan, even told us when we got there, or after we waited half an hour.sorry we had an emergency come in we can't do it today.

Our Sprocket at 15 years has been an exclusive customer of this clinic and we have had the best care! All staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Glad to have local care of such high quality.

I Absolutely LOVE Prairie Animal Health Center they go above and beyond to make sure My babies feel comfortable (my 3 dogs) along with myself! As soon as you walk in the door the amazing friendly receptionist greets you and makes you feel at home! They always provide the best care possible they explain everything in full so you are never left wondering what they are giving your animals! They make the already scary experience for our animals a pleasantly quick and painless time so they leave alot more relaxed and happy! The prices are very reasonable I've never ever had a complaint ever with the prices! Also they only give what the animal needs they don't just over prescribe. They are the only vets I trust my Babies with. They have a good variety of Healthy dog foods and treats along with a bunch of toys if you like spoiling your dogs after the appointment like I do!

OUTSTANDING care and service! When I first moved here I heard negative comments about the Estevan clinic, but if those were true I assure you that things have changed. I've been taking my pets there for almost 4 years now and the medical care and advice has been excellent. I can't say enough great things about the staff - kind, efficient, compassionate, patient, helpful, and just AWESOME! My pets are my world and I am very overprotective but I fully trust that they receive the best possible care at PAHC.
