My experience at Prairie Autohaus was extremely great! I would not go anywhere else as both my husband and I had the best experience in dealing with this company. Recommended to all my family and friends.

Took nearly 2 months to get vehicle in shop just before I went on one month holiday. Dropped it off prior to holiday and vehicle was supposed to be immediately diagnosed and fixed long before I got back from holidays. I had a friend communicating with shop and my friend had to repeatedly check in to see if and why a diagnostic hadn't been done. Took 27 days to do a diagnostic and no repairs. Wanted another 3 weeks to order parts. Obviously I declined further service and moved on.

Very friendly staff, and new website makes it very easy to see all of the amazing services they offer.

It's hard to find small locally owned shops like this where the owner knows as much about the ins and outs of cars like Yogi does. Very good shop.

I went to repair a breakdown in the braking system of my car, I was charged $ 220 (just for labor, without auto parts) and I came home with the same breakdown!
I still have the same message on the dashboard!
I was left waiting outside under a striking sun and unbearable heat, refusing my request to sit in the waiting room!
I will never set foot in it!

I have been taking vehicles to Prairie Autohaus for over 25 years and have always received top notch service. Yogi and his team have always kept me informed, and treated me with professionalism and friendliness. The workmanship is of the highest quality and I always leave confident that my vehicle is in perfect working order.

I’ve been to better shops.don’t think I’ll go back. Brought my vehicle in for check engine light on, after he charged me $900 for a sensor I thought it was high but never looked into it. (Found the same sensor for $500). 2 hours after I brought the Mercedes out of the shop the check engine light came back on. I called back and told me so they booked me back in to clear the code then they canceled on me twice. So had to take it to Mercedes to finish their job. So I wanted to test this place and asked for a different sensor I needed for the truck, yogi told me he ordered it. I called back 3 weeks later and they said he’s still waiting on it. Called back 2 weeks later says he was on holidays and lots of boxes to go through.needless to ask that was over a month ago and still waiting to hear from them. Sad. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else!
