So professional, knowledgeable and just a gem of a human! So easy to talk to and took her time explaining and wasn’t just rushing the process to move onto the next client. I’ve been getting Botox and fillers for years and it’s hard to find a great injector. I will definitely go back

I have been getting microdermabrasion here for several years. I always enjoy the time I spend here and the products. I do find it’s not always consistent with what is all done during my time. Sometimes I’ll get a hand massage while my jelly mask is on, sometimes there’s a blanket for me to keep cozy under, sometimes the lights are dimmed. I also have found that in all my appointments only one time have I been educated on which products would be beneficial for my skin or other treatments that would help with my skin goals.
I will continue to go here for my treatments and products but I do find it at times a little inconsistent.

This is my first time getting microneedling, I was kind of nervous about the pain and wrong results but zenny she had all the answers of my questions. And she was very polite & patient.

I’ve been coming to prairie bliss for about 5 years now, and I wouldn’t stray elsewhere. The environment, the products, the staff and the way you leave feeling and looking makes this a staple medical spa for me in Saskatoon.

Malorie is just the best- I’ve had lip filler done with her over the last 18 months, and went in today considering a little touch up. Malorie spent the time to discuss what my aesthetic goals are, and after taking new pictures and comparing them to my previous ones, we decided that no touch up was needed yet. I appreciate not only her knowledge and skill, but also her honesty and genuine care for her clients.

Malorie is an excellent communicator, knows any contraindications excepionally well in relation to her profession and is easy to be comfortable with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to explore the option of injectables.

First time going to Prairie Bliss. It was very easy to book the appointments I wanted on-line. The services I received were excellent. Information about additional products and services that might interest me was provided but I didn't feel pressured into purchase. I was super surprised when I checked out that there was no gratuity option and was told that they had done away with tipping so people wouldn't stress about it and I LOVE that as I find tipping stressful. Will definitely go again.

I arrived at the salon never having been there before. I found the receptionist pleasant and professional. Zeni met me and led me to the room where my microdermabrasion was to be performed. I've had at least four microdermabrasions done in the past but I was not prepared for what was about to happen. Zenni explain to me the process which included a cleansing and moisturizing prior to the microdermabrasion then after I was to receive another cleansing moisturizing before my gel mask was applied. The lip balm application was the cherry. I could not believe all the attention and the product and the technique that was used in delivering this service. I just about stopped her to say " wait Im here for the $111 special because I thought I might be charged well over $200. Zeny was extremely informative and professional she did not engage in unnecessary chatter which I appreciated. When you go to Prairie Bliss just tell them that the girl with the glowing face sent you. Thanks Zeny!

Kelly is not only always extremely thorough when explaining the processes of what she is doing - but is always kind and friendly. Her bedside manner is amazing. She is extremely personable. Even though I have only been to her a couple times - she remembers the small talk we have, and asks about it at our next appointments. Overall great person and general practitioner.

I had a visit for a meeting/consult. And was blown away by the kindness, professionalism, and cleanliness of the clinic. I love the line of skincare proududct. I didn't purchase it that day; however, I purchased it at a later date. I will continue to support and love this clinic. I cannot wait to visit again for more services and meetings. As well as the hydrafacial MD. Its a fave!

While I was only there for a short service, I was made to feel comfortable during the entire experience. It was a relaxing environment and the individuals working were professional and efficient. I was very happy with the quality of my service completed by Maygan. If I lived in Saskatoon, I would definitely be a return customer.

I did a hydrafacial and microneedling and it was amazing. I felt super relaxed and comfortable. My facial esthetician was really compassionate and also had a lot of knowledge and passion for the trade. Will definitely come back and definitely recommend. My skin has never felt better.

I have been going to PB for waxing treatments for 2 years now and I have never ever been disappointed. Today I received 13 units of Dysport as well to treat areas on my face that have wrinkles. They made me feel comfortable and safe, and they walked me through the entire process in detail. She was super gentle, and soft spoken and very very funny that I completely forgot that I was about to get 13 needles in my face. Prairie Bliss Laser is a wonderful locally owned salon, their prices are great and reasonable, and as always their staff is top notch.

I went in for a mircodermobraision treatment and was explained in detail what would be happening during the treatment prior and she explained each step during the treatment as well. I felt more comfortable knowing what was happening throughout the treatment! The staff is very knowledgeable about the products and helped me add a new product into my skin routine. The past two times I’ve been to Prairie Bliss I was not at all impressed with the technicians who were taking care of me (snobby, slightly rude behaviour), which was disappointing as I’m a university student who has to save up for these appointments. This was my first time getting Dysport; Malorie explained everything thoroughly and put me at east right away! She went over everything in detail and answered all the questions I had. Malorie is a wonderful addition to the team at Prairie Bliss and I look forward to my next visit!

I had a microdermabrasion treatment. Amazing. So relaxing. I fell asleep during a head massage as we were waiting for the mask to dry. One thing i would recommend is getting a pillow for people with bad backs to put under the knees. Laying completely flat for a hour is hard for people with back problems. She did ask if i wanted a towel rolled up. She tried but the towel didn't work very well. Otherwise recommend getting the treatment. My skins feels and looks amazing.

Absolutely impressed with how comfortable she made me feel. Extra hair grow is a very uncomfortable situation for most people and she made it seem like no big deal. I visited Prairie Bliss for the first time today. I met with Dr. Kelly, She is very welcoming and creates an atmosphere of trust! She made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed before we got started. She didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I had such a bad experience with this practice. I got bruising and swelling around my eyes that I’m still suffering from. When I told them about it, the owner Mr Andy became very rude and unhelpful. He didn’t show any empathy or take any responsibility about what happened to me. What made the matter worse is that Mr Andy called my home phone and used abusive language. He is not fit to work in health services as he has very poor communication skills. Dr Kelly is polite and responsive however which is why I have been attending this practice. They have lost me as client and I’m thinking about complaining to the medical board.

Andy, It is very unfortunate to see how you respond to my previous comment. I am very disappointed by how I have been treated and managed here. After suffering a complication following a cosmetic treatment, one may expect some follow up and empathy to ensure the issue resolves or is treated and hope not to be left with permanent disfigurement.a simple apology is certainly important when one of your clients has suffered an unnecessary complication.but instead I have been accused of having poor "character" or trying to manipulate you for secondary gain. Nonetheless, now I have no options for follow up and I am left to fend for myself trying to find someone to deal with the complication that occurred at your practice business.

You are not sorry for the problem that you have caused. Your behaviour is completely unprofessional and should be reported to authorities.
