Prairie Donair Albert St. Regina

I had a delightful experience at Prairie Donair. The chicken rice platters were flavorful and satisfying. Nehl, who took my order, provided excellent service with a friendly demeanor. The attention to customer satisfaction made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

worst customer service and food quality, had ordered chicken rice bowl and this is what i got. Dried burnt chicken and sticky white rice with 0 flavour and little bit of garlic sauce. Looks like they cleaned the stove and served that left over burnt chicken to my order! Never ordering again.

My first visit to prairie donair and food was absolutely not met my expectation, chicken was so dry and Chicken spread over such a small small crumbs, i didn't even feel like i am having chicken, its so dry that i didn't able to eat completely, we will not recommend this restaurant for Chicken donair wrap shawarma, never go back again. Waste of money.

They only staff one worker. Don't expect to get your food in a reasonable time. Only had two other customers in-front of me and waited 25 mins before just giving up. PD is great but avoid this location. Shame on management to expect one worker to handle that mess.

Amazing food, great service but the establishment leaves something to be desired. Could use a revamp, good food to take out!

Yummy, had chicken. Staff were helpful and the food was so good. Very quiet place to escape for lunch.

I was regular customer at this location. Staff changed and then i don’t prefer to go.nothing was prepared for lunch rush. I called prior to make sure they had falafel. They took my order after waiting 15 min and asked me to wait for 7 min as falafel was not ready. When i got my meal Falafel was over cooked and i spent almost lunch hour so i hardly had time to eat. Meal was for 15$ it was not cheap.

Ordered Classic chicken shawarma donair and the bread (wrap) was like a rubber sheet. Make sure to check the bread before they bill you. Bad experience

The food is always great and the service is great too. This location in particular is the best but any location I go to it amazing in both regards. Super friendly staff all the time!

This place food is actually not bad, however 1 star for short staff, the owner need to add more staff to the restaurant, 6 people back log instead of taking 15-20 mins at most it took me to order 2 meal order 35 mins, to the owners do not save money on staff you will loose customers

Love your food. I have tasted the food in few different cities in Prairie Donair. They all taste same and amazing. Very happy to see a Regina’s own local food joint with certified Halal food and so tasty. When I ate Donair at some different food joint I realized how tasty you guys make when it comes to meat inside Donair. PD SIGNATURE is the one I can’t resist.

Love the food, just wish the staff would be wearing masks while prepping food just like their downtown location.

I had the Wednesday special! Order a fountain drink and get free extra meat! I ordered the chicken Caesar salad with extra meat. The salad was huge! And it was delicious. I had 2 meals out of it. Staff was very friendly and I would definitely go there again!

This place is the bomb! The lamb and chicken donair is my favourite and love how they will load them up with hot peppers and whatever other veg. Tried the donair peeogies which were freaking delicious and they gave me a free sample of delicious soup too. Also the staff are super friendly! Try it if you haven't, go back if you have!

Love their donairs especially their East Coast donair reminds me of the ones i get back home in NS

This restaurant offered a quality product at a very fair price. The taste of the food met my expectations. The service was friendly and professional. I had special requests due to allergies that were fulfilled and taken very seriously by the restaurant staff. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

They cook some of the great shawarma and falafel sandwiches with loads of vegetables. Highly recommended if you like shawarma, falafel or hummus. Was our first visit and was amazed with the taste and quality. They have also maintained great hygiene.

Good food but total chaos to.get order. Ordered on the ap and it got lost took an hour to sort out.

Amazing food with great portions for the amount charged. You can make your own platter or wrap. Excellent customer service by the 2 east indian guys, who were out there.

If you are looking for a very good, tasty donair, then this is the place you need to visit! Definitely worth the stop. Just make sure you have lots of napkins available.

Worst location by far. They are horrible at making donairs, it’s like they’ never been tought. Also they are extremely slow easily the most waiting I’ve ever done at a donair location. These are frequent problems as I am a usual customer and have been to 3 locations.
