The staff at Prairie Laser are fantastic. They keep on record the printer type that I own and the ink that I’ve purchased which is SO helpful. They provide excellent troubleshooting tips too! They really care about the customer experience which is nice. I highly recommend them!

Amazing Service! Always so helpful! I LOVE THAT THEY DELIVER AND AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! They even helped me out with a problem i didn't even know they could! So happy to support this local small business!

Super annoyed! I drove there three times in one day as they kept selling me the wrong ink cartridge! Even though I told them what kind of printer I have right from the get-go. Their response after I finally got the right ink cartridge was “oh I guess I should’ve checked” yah think? ! Waste of my time and gas!

On Feb 15 this year, I called lnto Prairie Laser to say I couln't get my machine cleaned properly. I was told to bring it in, and they would look at it. Within a minute he determined the ink ports were gummed up due to inactivity. He performed a deep clean on it, and after it was back to new. Also good price on ink cartridges. Great service and very knowledgeable and friendly. I totally recommend this store. Ken A.
