Hi, I was in Prairie Mobile on Thur. Nov. 17th to upgrade my contract and get a new phone. I associated with Laura, who is very knowledgeable about the products and did a good job on transferring all my date from my previous phone which was an LG and since they're not making them, I switched over to a Samsung which has very similar features. Since we've known each from previous years, we had an enjoyable visit while my phones were doing the transfers. All the staff is very hospitable and friendly when you walk into the store.

Great place to shop for all your electronic needs. Friendly, knowledgeable, clean, along with a great selection. Highly recommend it. Shout out to Sean for his professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and " call me if you run into any snags" comment. You don't get that type of service nowadays.

I went in to upgrade my phone. Laura helped me select a new model and accessories. She also helped with data transfer and set-up of my new phone. Excellent, personal customer service.

Called in to see if they had the new iPhone. It was not in stock but they offered to put me on a call list and call when they had the one I wanted (had called multiple locations and they are the only ones who offered this). They called me when they had it in stock and I went in and dealt with Laura who was super friendly and very helpful!

A big thank you to Mike and Pam who spent an hour and a half helping us set up a camera with a sim card. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was working properly before we left.
They never gave up trying to get it to work, even though we were all getting frustrated with it. These are two great employees! Thank you again!

After dealing with this store for years, we are sick of being ripped off and scammed every time we deal with them. Their service is atrocious and their goal seems to be to profit without accountability. Worst store ever.
