I visited Prairie Mobile for the first time today and received great service. I called in beforehand to inquire about a phone in a particular colour. We went into Prairie Mobile to get a new phone on the Saturday of Black Friday weekend. Shawna not only helped us get the phone we were seeking, but also took the time to transfer the data for us. We were on our way in record time!

Stopped in to get assistance with a sound issue I was having on my S6 iPhone. Kori Kallis started to help me and as my wife came in and joined us, Kori said, "why don't you get a new phone! ", said they were on sale that took effect on Friday. I said I may be interested as I was sorta looking for a Mini 13.
They were one of the phones on for zero $, asked if they had one in black and sure enough they did.got a new phone. Left the phone with Kori while she transferred the data from old to new. When picking up had some trouble getting the sound features to come up. Kori spent considerable time getting everything up and running. She needs a BIG gold star for all her efforts.

I needed a new phone and received the best mobile service I've ever had from the team member: Shawna R. Would definitely recommend her if you want someone knowledgeable and personable!

Went in for an issue with my Samsung charger. Shawna took the time to help me figure out the problem, which end up being something simple. During that time we discussed my upcoming renewal. Shawna was able to get me a newer Samsung with a reduced bill if I went with their boxing day promotion. I am glad I went in when I did, or I would have missed out on a great renewal deal.

I would like to thank Benton for making my transition from my beloved old Blackberry to an iphone 11 such a positive experience! He explained things so well and made the whole process go smoothly. I have always dealt with Ashley Meikle and she is great at matching the right phone and plan to the person. I have recommended a number of my friends to go see her and family members as well. I called in to try and arrange a new phone for pick up. I am immune compromised and the thought of going in to a store during a busy time is extremely frightening. I was trying to find a place to send my elderly parents for a phone today as everywhere was so busy and Noone would answer the phone or really give me any answers. When I called this location I knew that the lady on the phone was just who they needed to see. Ashley M. Was extremely helpful. She stayed late knowing I was worried about them and getting a new phone and insured they were properly set up. She made sure they were well taken care of and I have no problems recommending a place that hires people like her.

As a brand new green cell phone user and after going to five or more different dealers, I purchased exactly what I wanted from Donte. Great service, welcoming staff and the price was excellent. Highly recommend.
