We were helped by Desyrae who is very knowledgeable about the products and able to offer real world practical insights. Went into your shop Friday February 17th for a new phone. Item was out of stock. Deserve put my name down to let me know when they would be available. Saturday morning she called and I went down to get setup. Desiree and Karen got me setup and on my way very quickly, thanks, you did a great job.

Both Karen and Desyrae were both very helpful in switching our cell phone accounts from Telus back to Sasktel. They were very knowledgable and efficient.

Great service. Imran converted two prepaid plans to the Sasktel $15 (plus regular fees and taxes) postpaid plans for the kids. Note, make sure to limit MMS messaging options with this plan or you will be charged on per use. Thanks Imran!

I called all over Regina to Sasktel authorized dealers looking for a particular iPhone. None were to be had in Regina. THOMAS, from this Prairie Mobile location, said he would check around. Frankly, I was surprised when he called me back several hours later to tell me he had located the phone I wanted at Prairie Mobile in Weyburn. He then reached out to manager of the Weyburn store and put me in touch with her. The next day I drove to Weyburn and purchased the phone. THOMAS went above and beyond to find me this phone. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE in my opinion!

Went to get some help with a old phone we were trying to set up, got all the help we needed and more. Ended up using an upgrade we had and got our new phones hooked up and set up super quickly. Mitch was great to deal with. Was fun doing business here

Absolutely flawless service when I went in to upgrade my phone.
Desyrae was the customer service representative I had dealt with. She is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. She had everything from my old phone moved over to my new phone in half an hour. The whole transaction was complete in an hour.

Went to this location after having very disappointing service at the Wireless Age on rochdale.

The employee here was Desyrae and she was amazing. I needed to renew a contract and upgrade my device and she provided the best service I've ever had at a mobile phone store. If you're needing to go in for anything, choose this location. Simply awesome.

Hey guys, needed a new iPhone and Apple Watch so I went here (Rochdale location) and dealt with desyrae, let me tell you, it was the BEST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had getting an upgrade. She is the best, hands down!
