My son and I went in to get a phone for my husband and I and everything worked out really well.
I left Prairie mobile without a headache.
I think a fairly good handle on what I had to do.

I recently went to this location. I highly recommend Courtney, her customer service was outstanding. She took the time to explain my phone to me, and was very efficient.

Waiting awhile to be helped only to be skipped over and the people just walking in to be helped before me. Bad service.

I was so happy and impressed with the service I received over the telephone today. Justin helped me figure out a problem I was having and did so with such a great attitude it was a pleasure dealing with him. He was very patient and answered all my questions and helped me decide on the best purchase for me. I ventured to this store during the holidays attempting to find last minute stocking stuffers. I was assisted by Tayler, who recommended some options for wireless chargers that fit my budget. She was superbly helpful and pleasant to deal with. I later found out that my parents upgraded their phone with her. They spoke highly of her customer service, and particularly emphasized that she "really knows her stuff". 10/10 would visit this store again.
