Prairie Oasis Tourist Complex

I arrived in Moose Jaw on Sept 29,2023. I went in to ask if they had rooms available. She looked up and down and saw a native man standing in front of her andshe had a disgusted look on her face. She immediately replied NO. I called their office a short while later and she said they hada room for me. Blatant racist. Don't recommend supporting their business.

Good location. Fairly open spots for campers which is good for starlink but not so good for privacy. $10.50 for an RV dump and still open on Oct 20th 2023!

This was a perfect place to stop and sleep for the night on our way home from Banff, Canada. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The sites are small but level and you have a nice picnic table at each site for your use. There is a McDonald’s and a gas station within walking distance, which is nice for a quick bite to eat after a long day of traveling.

I am speaking about this place as a whole. It has become quite run down. In obvious need of upgrade improvements, general maintenance is lacking. It just looks tired and date.

Rooms are gross camping sites are like a parking lot. Sketchy area. Was so weird camping all exposed at a highway intersection. Staff are amazing though

Trees need to be trimmed! Many RVs had tree branches touching sides &/or roof. Not big rig friendly.

The room was a great size, and our rv was accommodated as well. The air conditioning worked, and the water pressure in the shower was good as well. Hard to find in some motels

Looks can be deceiving this is a pretty good place. Paved pads good 50 and 30 amp hook-ups.
Well treed for shade. McDonald's just across the lot.
Quite a few long term guests.

I called last minute no.problems.

Camped 2 years in a row

Sites are paved and level but it's really a treed parking lot. Close to the highway so fairly noisy.
They say they have wifi and although it worked well at times it seemed like more time than not you could not connect. It's not a big park so we were surprised it did not work more consistently.
Staff was very pleasant.

The people here are outstandingly kind and helpful. The rooms are a bit older but are really well equipped. Wonderful to have a motel and RV site together for a family group traveling together. I couldn't ask for more.

My wife and had got married in there very gross banquet room comb webs every were the curtains are gross. When we decided to have are Buffet we had to move some furniture around and there was rotten food on the floor I took a picture of it and we to talk to the manager and I should him the picture of his supposedly his clean room. I was somewhat upset being my wedding at the manager offered are money back I say yes still have not seen the refund

Great little restaurant next to the highway with a nice daily breakfast special. Nice hall on the hotel side for small family gatherings. Mini golf & also camping on the hotel property. All close to the Mac The Moose tourist attraction, Tim Hortons, Coop gas bar, McDonald's, Walmart & the new A & W & Canadian tire.

The room was not bad, but there were some issues (at least when my Uncle and I went there)

We stayed in our tent trailer at one of the 15amp sites. They did misplace our reservation, but there were still lots of spots available. Free wi-fi with a pretty good connection. Well maintained and clean sites with garbage cans at each site. Bathrooms are clean and have showers. A little noisy from highway traffic during the day, but not too bad.

Quiet, clean, good value for the price.

Staff was nice. Room was nice, and up to date.

Awesome strong wifi signal that stays connected to your devices.

Dog friendly. Beautiful grounds/landscaping. Snow gets removed from the lot promptly so you car won't be stuck.

Stayed for 3 weeks when I first moved to town, as I was unable to get a permanent residence right away.

Close to the highway, restaurants, and some businesses.

It's not 5 star in a michelin rating kind way, but it definitely exceeded my expectations of an inexpensive roadside motel, zero issues in 3 weeks, so I gave it 5 stars. Would stay again.

Clean, spacious living room with kitchenette. Small but adequate bedroom. Nice bathroom. Not luxury or modern, but nice. Friendly staff. Plugged in our ev overnight.
