The food is always delicious, made quickly, and the service is helpful and friendly! This restaurant is also very clean.

First off. The guy didn’t listen after asking me what type of bread I wanted 3 times. He didn’t really put sauce on my sandwich and he charged me for my friends order as well. He walked away from me as I was speaking to him and he didn’t apologize after his mistake. Also the sandwich I usually love was not good. Don’t go here. Don’t waste your precious dollars on this location.

I visited two days ago, customer service was very bad. Even they don’t ask for anything about taste and preferences. Quality of food was bad like tasteless. This was really bad experience in my life and disappointed. They must focus on customer needs than on own assumptions.

It was a great experience. Clean, quick and it was very friendly nature of the staff. Coconut cookie is a must try! I would love to recommend this place to everyone!

Jain sandwich was very good. Perfect portion of melted cheese and toasted very well. Thai soup was too good. Awesome staff and clean place. I’d for sure visit this store again.

Very friendly staff. They bake all of their bread in house so it is always fresh. I had ham and swiss on rye and it was absolutely delicious! Also had a bowl of their wicked thai soup, which also tasted great! Highly recommended!

I came in in the middle of the afternoon and there was absolutely no one else there except the guy behind the counter so I'm not going to rate this based on atmosphere because that would be unfair.
Place was clean and the decor is actually pretty good for a sandwich shop. Even the washroom was relatively clean.

The guy behind the counter did his best but it seemed to me he was not experienced at what he was doing. I'm not sure if he was new at this or if there was some other hiccup but the service could have been better. At least he made the sandwich right.

As for the food the sandwich was actually very good. I was impressed by the choices of bread that were available. You rarely see dark rye in a sandwich shop so I was pleasantly impressed by that. I just had lettuce tomato and onion on my donair sandwich but have to say that the lettuce was probably the best I've ever had in a sandwich shop. It was whole leaf instead of shredded which may seem like a small detail but it's the small details like that make all the difference. The tomato was similarly high quality.

All in all I would eat here again.
