Perhaps the rudest and most ignorant receptionist ever. Extremely rude and I am not looking forward to my next visit.

Terrible wait times. Does not matter if you have an appointment or not. There must be a better clinic in this city that's not about running people through here like cattle.

Actually, Totally No Star! I waited for more than 3 hours. I went there at 10: 30am in the morning and the receptionist told be to be back at 1: 00pm. I did! And what happened I waited for more than 3 hours. Everytime I do follow up the lady at the front will tell me 2 more patients. But more than more than 5 patient is done and my name still on the waiting list. Wasting of time. Worst clinic!

Unfriendly desk staff, average wait times of over an hour, and staff seem disorganized. Don't come here. I waited for two hours without seeing anyone and eventually called another clinic that could get me in.

Can at 10: 30 am, told they were busy and come back at 1 pm, then still haven't seen a doctor and it is 2: 40 pm. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME.

Horrible horrible wait for patients. 4 hrs and counting. Absolutely no respect for people's time.

Doctor is good however the waiting is ridiculous! I came 10mins before my 12noon appointment. It is currently 1: 20 and I still have not seen the doctor. What’s the point of making an appointment if I still have to wait over an hour? ! Make it make sense

Best to book the whole day off if you are working. Had an appointment for 1245, didn't get in until 1: 30. Can't do much when you do need to see a doctor. Sit back and wait for your turn, might as well bring some snacks while you wait lol

The receptionist is really rude and unprofessional. I called the clinic to book an appointment for my sick daughter. She told me over the phone she could accept walk in patients until 11. I went there, and she told me they are not accepting any more walk-in patients now. I told her, as she mentioned to me over the phone, that you guys are accepting walking patients; that’s why I am here. Then suddenly, she just started running here and there. So, I waited for response. After that, she told me, As I mentioned to you earlier, I will give you an appointment at 1: 30, so just come back at 1: 30. Totally unprofessional service. They should learn good customer service. The receptionist really need some customers service training.

I wish i could give them 0 star, worst experience every time. Called in to book appointment but instead been told to walk in. Get in there around 9.50is am and waited there until 1pm but still no call for my name.

Had to return without seeing doctor. No care for sick people if they are waiting from long time. Receptionists should not recommend walk in services if they have lots of booked appointment. So that nobody has to waste time there as everybody has lots to do.

Bad experience every time, don’t waste your time to wait for doctor. You have to come back without seeing any doctor. Terrible service.

I met Dr. Lana Ziarko today as a walk in. It was a 45 minute wait (FAR less than many other places with an appointment ahead) and they were busy! Grear front line staff too. She was beyond amazing! Listened, assessed and really helped me a lot. Regina (our whole province) needs more doctors like her. I had the most positive experience I have had in many years going as a walk in (aka surprise) patient!

I wish there was a separate rating for the waiting and separate for the Physician. The physician there are competent. Please do something regarding the wait times and the Front desk.

It's been really painful to face such unmanaged clinic in my life. I have been asked for early walk in to get an appointment booked for the same day. I was at the clinic early morning and luckily got booked for noon. Since noon I was waiting until 3: 15pm and then fortunately got in the doctor room and started to wait for the doctor to arrive. Wasted 45 mins sitting inside the doctor's room, still no show up by the doctor. I have to leave the clinic in a painful situation as I was already late to join my work. Approximately 4 hours wasted inside clinic plus the hassle of visiting clinic in the morning to get booked for same day. I have noticed other walk in patients were entertained (lately after long wait) but I wasn't able to meet the doctor yet, this the clear reflection of being racist as well. If it would be possible for me to give clinic negative stars I would love to do that for wasting plenty of my previous time. Truely disgusting and unprofessional. I would advise the clinic to keenly monitor how they are doing. Even I am not satisfied the way doctor treats me in my previous visits. It felt like you're being scold. The doctor doesn't like to ask questions regarding your illness. The doctor just wanted to explain your illness and the medication he will be prescribing only while patient to keep fingers on their lips, in short no questions asked to the doctor, just listen to the doctor and walk out quietly.

I am currently sitting in this Doctors office waiting with my husband and my 2 year old daughter. My husbands appointment is for 4: 15pm and we are still sitting here waiting patiently to get called in and it’s now 4: 47pm.
With that being said my daughter is doing the best she can with being bored, hungry, tired and just being a 2 year old. She is not screaming and crying like I expecting her to be with it being 40 mins after our appointment time.
One of the Doctors by the name oDR. LANA had tout in the waiting room where my daughter was laughing and running in a circle and told us to “Organize our child because there are other people working there “ In an extremely rude way and the nerve of her to tell us to keep our 2 year old child quite. How about you organize your Doctors Office and get your patients in and out in time and you wouldn’t have to worry about my child getting restless and bored.
We will be changing Doctors office after this situation and I’d suggest anyone with young children to do the same.
Dr. Lana is unprofessional and extremely rude and I can’t believe the nerve of her.
We will never go back to this office ever again.

They do not have a phone number to speak with a receptionist and despite their hours indicating being open until two may refuse appointments up to 2 hours before then due to filling up. They do not update their phone system to inform clients of this, so you may end up driving there, sick, for something that could easily have been communicated by phone. Terrible customer care for people who are already ill.

Went in to see dr gave me prescription for med that can no longer get and didn’t return calls to pharmacy when i needed it badly and went there as an emergency. He got paid for my appt and I did not get what I needed guess they don’t care about our health since it’s not them suffering!

Based on the other reviews and our experience this place clearly needs to look into their receptionist. Super rude and unprofessional. Denied us health care despite the fact that we had a valid provincial health card. Told us she would charge us $80 to see a doctor.

I don’t know which administrator everyone is writing about here, for the three times that I was in this clinic, the administrator was friendly and responsive.

Absolute worst of the worst. I Have never encountered a receptionist as rude as the one lady who works at this clinic. Doctors yell at you for asking questions.

The receptionist needs some customer service training. Went to this clinic twice because I couldn’t find any other and both times I had terrible experience.

Never going back.

Absolute joke receptionist! Called so many times for her to just continue to put me on hold and never home back to the phone! I’ve been to this clinic before she just lets the phone ring and ring and puts people on hold! This is a doctors office not a radio station be more professional!

The doctor was great, and the receptionist is nice. One thing I didn't like was the wait time. It look over an hour and half to see the doctor. As well i felt bad for the receptionist she had answer phones, deal with walk ins, EKG and put people in rooms. I think they need to hire another receptionist then it wouldn't be so bad.
