Primacy - Westend Walk-In & Medical Clinic

I know it’s in a super store so you can’t expect much, but Jesus this place is garbage. I do not recommend going here unless you want the bottom line of care. Went in with a huge rash on my arm, the doctor cut my arm open and I tried asking what he was doing and he said he’ll answer my questions when he’s done. After bandaging my arm I asked what was going on and he said “honestly I don’t know, here’s a prescription for antibiotics. ” And I said so you don’t know what’s going on, you cut my arm open and then proceed to prescribe me pills that you don’t even know will work. Come to find out I call a relative that is a pharmacist and she said the prescription is absolutely useless for treating whatever the rash I have is. Waste of time now I have a bleeding and rash filled arm.

Absolutely horrible clinic. Told 45 minutes wait time, to be sitting for over 2 hours. And no apologies or explanation as to what's taking so long. If I could i would rate negative stars

It's a very good clinic i don't wait long time as other clinics. All staff are nice

Worst front end staff I’ve ever had to deal with. Odalynn is what I’m told her name is. To tell me that’s it’s not her problem it’s the doctors because she can’t seem to find my xrays. Ridiculous.

I had better walk in dr office in Regina on broad st 14th where a hospital is near by can't wait to move back to Regina

Went to see a doctor to get a paper filled out and the Doctor rejected me and would not fill out my paper. His excuse was that I don't come there enough like it's my fault i'm not sick all the time to the point of needing to go see the doctor.never returned since.

Extremely rude front end staff one lady in particular, perhaps don’t work with the public if you don’t know how to be respectful and kind. I came in with a family member for support to receive some test results. The lady at the front was nasty and snapped at me (red dyed hair, glasses) - would not give me a mask, told me to wait outside, would not let me sit in appointment with my family member. The doctors however, are always friendly, and respectful. I understand limiting amount of people per room, but it states at the front desk two people is acceptable. You can be kind and courteous to people and still explain the rules. Power trip.

I went to this doctor for my 3 year old son he had a fever serious sinus issues and a cough this doctor said nothing was wrong I then waited a week and a half as my son got worse to go back and this doctor make me feel like I’m crazy and say nothing Was wrong.here we are three weeks later my son still suffering with severe sinus issues a bad fever and now a horrible dry cough, we then take him to a different doctor to find out our son has tonsillitis & an ear infection, not only did I watch my son suffer sad feeling like a bad crazy parent only to find out that my feelings were right my son was sick he now had to miss his ear tube and adenoid removal surgeryj only cause a doctor told me he was fine for 3 weeks to find out my feelings were right I knew my son was sick I knew it wasn’t just allergy’s or a common cold please do not go here and gdo not ignore

I have pictures of the dirty ceiling fans and there dirty dirty dirty! Get a duct cleaning company in guys
And floors are not washed at end of night

Made me wait 50 mins to get in to the doctor office and then they made me wait another 40 mins just for the doctor to see me so I left.only had a bus transfer so I couldn't stay that long

The doctors are very helpful, but the front dest staff is super ignorant and rude. Don't listen to you on the phone. Hung up on you in the middle of call. Always put you on hold whenever you call them. They refuse to fax the prescription to the pharmacy if you are in the clinic, but fax the prescription to the pharmacy without any problem if you are on the phone.

My daughter had a high fever for couple of nights and I called the clinic today (new years eve) day for clinic hrs and the receptionist lied to me that the clinic closes at 8pm. So i took my daughter at 4 only to find an empty parking lot, i was surprised. When we reach the front door the clinic was closed and the timings said closed at 4pm. I was so disappointed that why she lied to me. Had i known the proper timings i would've taken my daughter earlier. Shame on you guys, DISGUSTING!

Quick in and out and great service! Receptionist was very nice and doctor made sure to explain ways to remedy my situation.would definitely go back

If i could give 0, i would. This place used to be amazing. Dont get me wrong, the receptionist staff is incredibly nice and helpful, wait times are short, however, their doctors are lazy, and give generic answers to every problem. I have went there with half a thumb nail, and asked them to remove the other half due to irritation, as well as fix some ear and sinus issues ive been having due to infection. After asking how long my ears and sinus' have been infected (which was 4 days at the time), i explained how swollen, and painful it was, as well as the fact i could hear a single thing. They didnt look into my ears at all, or my thumb, and then proceeded to tell me i had a cold and that my nail would fall off on its own. Over a week later, i am at Laurier Medical clinic because of an entire respiratory infection as well as an incredibly damaged nail.to the point they say one may not grow back due to extensive damage from having it not taken care of.

I am so beyond disappointed in the services, and i continue to hear nothing but AWFUL things coming from that office. Especially from patients seen by Dr. B Syed. My tip.take the time to sit at Laurier Medical on the west end.at least they actually care about making you feel better.

I think this clinic is perfect for minor emergency. All these stupid reviews acting like it's the ER.

Went in after my boyfriend fell and needed immediate attention, explained to the nurse what had happened, that his knee was gashed and all the nurse said was no we can not rush your file. Did not ask to see his knee, if he could of been a diabetic with the amount of blood lost. That sitting for over a hour bleeding out was not an option. Just a blank stare, a rude tone, and refusing to help us any more than typing into her computer and a one word answer being "no". It was a horrible experience and I am very disappointed with the visit and lack of care we received for our minor emergency. Will not be going back and will let others know how horrible the service has been while going there. This was not the first time weve encounted ignorance from this location.

I got in fast (and on a Saturday) and the doctor was really nice. Heads up if you are from out of province tho - you need your physical health card, or they charge $35, cash only. The number alone isn’t enough.

After waiting for over an hour to see Dr. Syed, I was given the wrong dosage for the medication that I am taking which could of resulted in serious side affects. Thankfully I noticed the difference in tablets and difference in the dosage. The staff were not at all helpfuI and now I have to wait to see him again (hopefully not another hour) to correct his initial mistake and wait another who knows how long. I would not ever recommend taking yourself or your loved ones here!

Dr. Syed is a useless very rude quack doctor that should not be a doctor anymore the sask medical ast should take away revolt Dr Syed medical doctor license

Wait time is a long time. I also agree the receptionists are not friendly and not very helpful either.
