I got lost for 2 hours. The staff had to come to my rescue for fear that I had gone too deep into the abyss of man dreamland.

Returned to vanquish the end boss but was once again foiled by the labyrinth and all the treasures at every turn.

Found what I wanted with the help of 2 staff members.
Had a fantastic till gal. Bright, bubbly, friendly.
Paid & left.

I could spend hours in this store. They always have good sales and their selection of tools and equipment is great!

Auto Parts Shop in Saskatoon. Its a place where you can find any tools, parts of car, tires and too many different stuff. Its the biggest tool and parts shop in Saskatoon.

Was able to get in for the mega smasher event sale. Grabbed a hot dog on way in, was nice didnt have to buy a lunch. Lots of stuff on sale. Wasnt even busy when i got in at 11am so was quick

Staff lack training. Buying things off the shelves are great but when asking for a service it becomes a headache. I phoned in ahead of time to see if someone was working the hydraulic section and was told someone would be there until 9. After driving 1hr to the store I was told the worker phoned in and they didn't have anyone else trained to make hoses.

Great service - very helpful - they don't treat you like a number here! They can help you very specifically on any project.

This store is absolutely brutal. Every time I come in for hydraulics, they call in sick, or not there. The dam manager isn't even trained properly to help clients, TRAIN MORE PEOPLE IN HYDRAULICS! Or get rid of your hydraulic section. Absolutely ridiculous.

Big shout out to Tammy at solutions, she was having a hard day and I was a rather disorganized customer, but we humored each other through the whole process and she resolved everything smoothly. Thanks again Tammy!

Terrible customer service. Every time I come in to pick up an online order, I end up standing in like for close to an hour waiting to be served. Meanwhile, there are always 5-6 employees standing at customer service just talking with each other. Once it is my turn to be served, they can never seem to find my online order and then it takes another hour of waiting to get a manager to help find it and more time to wait for some other associate to go to the back and grab the order and bring it to the front.
The last few times, when I have asked for assistance finding something or getting something down from the top of the shelves, I received sarcastic answers and was not helped. Maybe it's just bad luck on my part, but I've never had a good experience at this location.

Store is not organized, it’s a mess. Items in flyer are not out even thou they say they have them.

When I can't find the things I'm looking for, which seems to be more often lately, the staff is VERY HELPFUL, and the last time I went, I was helped by 4 different staff, including the young lady at the service counter who set up a phone call to let way know when a product was unpacked from a huge shipment that had just arrived. One gentleman even heaved a full pallet out of the way to get a sought-after sun shade for me. Thanks folks! I just got the new flyer, and I'll be back.

Best place in city for garage/man cave deals on tools and power tools/Tool boxes/Jack stands/parts/farm supplies/Hydraulics and they make hoses/Safety gear and jackets/outdoor camp gear/Generators/Compressor and accessories/Vehicle and atv winches/Batteries/Wheelbarrows/Snow blowers/lawnmowers/Tires and rims/Paints/welding supplies/pressure washers/vise/and tons more.
Sales on almost always. They will go back on flyer prices up to three weeks. Just have to ask.
Returns are a breeze. Never had any issues.

Whats to say? Who doesn't love princess auto!? I can spend hours in this place just looking around. They have some cool stuff, and awesome deals.

A great place for just about anything. Huge selection of tools, parts and accessories, hydraulic hoses and pumps. If Princess Auto doesn't have it, it probably doesn't exist.

Was in for an exchange on a torque wrench that broke. Waited in line at solutions, explained the situation, was told I could go grab a new one and come back to complete the exchange. Had to wait at the back of the line again. This process needs to change. Was an extra 20 minute wait again.

Pleasantly surprised at the deals available yesterday. Also disappointed as to how little inventory was left (if any of their sale items).

After waiting in a painfully slow line with only 2 cashiers I come to find out the prices on the shelves are not accurate and they will not honor the shelf price. Waste of time and poor customer servise.
