I was so impressed with the level of service I received. Furnace stopped in minus 42 and you panic. Called Mark and was assured they would do everything to fix the problem and try to prevent pipes in my home freezing. Offered space heaters until I tech could get here. As you can imagine how busy they would be in these temperatures. Tech Max came today. Assessed the problem right away and in addition identified an exhaust and intake not up to code. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends. The level of service was outstanding. I will be using them exclusive now and have canceled my plan with Reliance Home Comfort. Thank you Mark and Max for the great experience.

We recently had a new air conditioning system installed by Pro Service
Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical. Ryan and his partner worked all day efficiently putting things in place, they were friendly and informative about their process throughout. At one point Ryan recognized a problem with one of the installed components and brought in a new replacement part to ensure everything was going to work like it should. We called Pro Service Mechanical to get an A/C quote! Mark was friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions! We are definitely getting our A/C from Pro Service Mechanical!

We used them to carry maintenance of our restaurant out in Melfort. We paid them for the charges they asked for and even paid for the travel charges from Saskatoon to Melfort. They claimed that all the equipments were fixed and all they did was patch work. On the first day of opening our business 3 equipments didn't work and our health inspection failed. I sent repeated message to Mark and so far till date there is no response. All he claimed was that there needs to be a repair done in the oven, when we complained that its not about oven ad we need someone to rectify all everything there is no response.not a professional attitude to serve a business. 100% not recommended and we felt completely ripped off after spending $12k in repairs with this company. They will not even standby the workmanship that they have done. I have experienced some mechanical companies where they standby their work.wherein this company is a complete rip off, they dont even standby their own work.if they were correct at least they should have responded to our text messages, forget about returning a phone call. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED UNLESS YOU WANT TO CHASE THEM.

We had some sudden furnace troubles and called around to get somebody to come look, Dan from Pro Service was able to come immediately instead of the next day, as the other companies said. We had our furnace fixed and running well very quickly and are, happy with the work they did.

Needed fast diagnostic and repair during a cold snap and Ryan was sent out. Went above and beyond, explained everything very well and gave us helpful information on further maintenance. Will definitely recommend and use again.

KITCHEN TAP REPLACEMENT- Very impressed with all aspects of this service. Noticed leak from kitchen tap later afternoon yesterday. Had been acting up for some time. Researched reviews online and called Pro Service Mechanical who came this morning to replace. Tyler was very professional and tolerated my chatting while he did the work without missing a beat:).
