4 of us were in no one said boo to us. Son inlaw was looking at a sled the sales guy actually went between him and the sled to lean on it to talk to a guy about the sled beside it

Season 3 without our boat as the service department completely ignored our boat while it was there. It’s now back at the factory it was built at to be repaired

Bought a side-by-side 2 years ago. Needed warranty. Took a month to get an appointment and now it's been in the shop for over a month. Have heard nothing from them. Tried to contact them, was told by an employee that someone would call us right back, still waiting.

Terrible customer service and service shop.

**Update**

Received side-by-side back after almost 3 months of not working. Had to pay a $50 warranty deductible for the warranty work so be aware of that. Also company not willing to extend the warranty by 2 months as it was in there shop. Overall would not buy or get service here again.

Sled was for the mountains not the high rocks where I'm from. Too bad I don't need 3" lugs track.
