Provincial Oral Surgery

We had a bad experience getting our 90 year old mom to her appt. She has full on dementia. I notified the office several times that we will be late and even though we were half hour late, they accommodated us with pleasant attitudes and Dr. Watson was fabulous with her. Within half hour 4 teeth pulled. His joking attitude and yet seriousness was just what she needed. Txs so much!

Arriving at Dr Wagner’s office with much anxiety, I was met with appreciation for my ambivalence. Quickly setting my fears to rest, the staff took me into their care providing me with a reassurance that I was grateful for. Dr Wagner and his assistants performed my surgery with care starting with building my confidence by explaining my procedure and allowing me to express my feelings. 24 hours after my procedure, other than the absence of my tooth, there is no indication of any surgical procedure. I am so grateful for the experience being one of minimal discomfort and maximum relief. Thank you for my positive outcome.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors, clean environment.

My only reason for not having 5 stars is that originally the procedure was to be billed at 2,500$ or so, but was a few bucks shy of 3,000$. Inflation happens especially under a corrupt Trudeau government so I understand, but it'd been nice to be reminded of the price increase beforehand.
