Super bad service. I paid for shipping so my parcel can be delivered soon. Now they have a lot of reasons they can't deliver. Yesterday was it can to late. Today it bad weather. There is no weather.

Excellent service, very friendly staff. I needed to mail in a passport application and they had everything I needed ready to go! I got my shipping envelope with tracking, and they already knew the shipping address, so all I had to do was fill my envelope and pay!

You can't call them and ask for your package, because the waiting time is 45 minn at least. You have to go there in perstand ask whether your package arrived there or not. I wasn't home and they left a paper for me to go to this location and it should be there. I went there the day after in morning and they say it's still not here. I went there in the afternoon and they say we don't know where is your package. It's super frustrating. Then I had to call the main office and wait for 45 min. Then they say we trace it and let you know in your email. Now it's the next day and still I didn't receive any updates.

Daisy at 8th street location is absolutely AMAZING! Anytime I go into the depot to pick up she's always to helpful and friendly. Makes picking up the parcel such a great experience.

I had a package shipped by Purolator, and the shipment day I was not working so I was sitting on my couch all day. Then I got told I need to go pick at 8th street location myself because no one was at home when delivery showed up.
But no one ever ring my door bell?
This is buIIshlt if you guys are lazy not delivering them instead ask people go pick up themselves. Worst service ever.

I asked Purolator to put a fairly large, expensive package to the side of the house so it wouldn’t be seen on the streets but they put it right on the front steps about 10 feet from the sidewalk. Luckily, about five hours later, a neighbor came and picked it up and put it behind the house out of sight. But purolator seem to have no care about theft prevention of delivered packages

Today I got delivery notice from Purolator saying that they came yesterday and was not able to deliver for some unknown reason, so I have to drive all the way the their office to pickup my mail. I was at home and didn't move for a minute out of the house. So frustrating

Today I got delivery notice from Purolator saying that they came at 10: 50 am and did not find anyone home so I have drive all the way the their office to pickup my mail.my wife and I are working at home 5 days a week and I know for fact that the door bell is working well but the delivery person didn't bother to ring the bell.

Very bad experience with them they didn't know where my parcel was which was very urgent for me to receive it also instead of delivering it they took back and asked me to come for pickup after going there for pick up they were not aware of my parcel location

I read comments here but still took a risk to do delivery from them. No doubt, Front staff on 8th street purolator is very rude. I won’t use their service next time.

Well I live in a small rural town and well I guess that's self explanatory. I was not provided a tracking number and they can't do anything without a tracking number which is pretty much what I said to her I didn't get one so now what do I do and she said blah blah blah blah blah. They should be able to track it by address I don't understand why they can't go by the address it's supposed to be delivered to I don't know does anyone else think this way. I'm going to go try and get my wheelchair.
I'm not keen on Purolator.

Pathetic customer service. I was only went in for 10sec.and a lady there at customer service wearing her mask standing behind a full glass protection ask me rudely where is my mask. You can't make your on laws and force them. I walked out right away and take my business somewhere else thanks. Be nice with others and respect them.

Lightning delivery speed! Quick drop off. Professional staff. Amazed at how quick they get my packages across.the country. They always get it there in less than 24h to just over a day. Two days has been the worst for me.

Purolator has been holding my package that was supposed to be Christmas presents for my kids for the past 15 days now. Reviewed my address with them 3 whole times cos they said it was an address issue but still they kept rescheduling. Not to talk about how the customer service rep kept responding like she was falling asleep or didn't want to be there.
Lousy service all together.

Moved my daughter to UBC for school and shipped her belongings to the on campus residence, timed it so it would potentially be there when she moved in and all was there on time.

The Depo never picks up there phone, which can suck if you work during there hours, the online customer service team is quick and helpful however!

Unfortunately, this location doesn't answer the phone. They recommend you call the toll-free number. I'm not sure why they do this. I think it's a disservice to their customers.

NO one ever picks up the phone. Left voicemail saying package will be returned if not picked up by x date but I was out of town and trying to talk to someone. No one answers. Even the 1800 number for the main purolator is awful. On hold for 3-4 hrs sometimes. That's awful customer service.

I had pre arranged for my shipments to be at the location on 8th for pick ups, since the arrangements, they have been trying to be dropping my home. And sometimes at the 8th street location. This makes it difficult to try to accommodate everyone.

Saskatoon 8th St.location - NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE! Nobody called me that my package is there, even though it says it's been delivered (we always pick up our packages since we live rurally). Hours are only 8-4 - we work during those hours! We'd leave early to pick up the package if we knew it was there! North-end location - can't even TRY to talk to someone there cause it's an impossible automated answer. This is horribly frustrating.

The second time now they don't ever try to deliver to my home. They just drop off at the local business instead. Super frustrated. I pay shipping I expect my package at my door. Poor service. Wouldnt recommend.

One of the best customer service received. Completely because of my fault I couldn’t receive my parcel which had my passport; at my place and have to go to the facility as I was running out of time for my exam. The front desk staff coordinated with the driver and made sure that I receive it and appear for my exam on time. Kudos to the team and their efforts! Thank you once again!

company! I went to pick up my package and showed my id, and they gave me the wrong package! I opened it in front of them, because it’s the same brand boxes as what I purchased from Saks Fifth Ave Toronto I expected it’s mine. After I arrived home, I found the bootie is the same brand but different style! I found that it’s not my package! I drove back to the store, and told them what happened! At the beginning there is even not an apologize, and the lady there said you didn’t check it? I asked your last name? So I wondering what Is the point to show my id? She instant it’s my own fault until I spoke to the phone! Please if you has to pick up something here check it! Because if they give you the wrong one and you have to drive back exchange it! AND! It’s your fault!

You guys deserve 0 star! The company which is full of lies. No one came to my house and the tacking said they had came but no one stay at home. I call the service number, and no one answer the phone. Don't believe the common said from the owner, he doesn‘t care about what you have met at all. If he really want to do something,the deliveryman should be fire; at least give some punishment. Clearly, he didn’t do this, so the deliveryman use the fake sending trick over and over again. You can see this from the common. This company need to be shutdown!

I do understand, that Purolator cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, since the amount of deliveries vary from day to day. However, this does not excuse or explain rude staff at the pick-up locations. We all have stress in our lives, some of us had to take time off work, so we can wait for the delivery, that may not get to our house until late in the day. A whole day wasted, because we can't even leave the house or work in the back yard, because we may not hear the door bell. If someone takes a job, that involves interactions with people, that person better be suited for that job, or else move them into the warehouse, where they do not need to be polite.
What make the matter worse - read the responses from Purolator to all the different complaints! Pre-fabricated messages, that don't even mean anything, because it was not a person, who could actually care about any of this. That in itself is a great insult to all of Purolator's customers!
A company, that does not care about the small customers, should not be in business. I do not use Putolator for anything, and the only reason, that I am writing this review is, that I bought items from a store, that uses this method of delivery. I am thoroughly disappointed and will not support businesses, that respond to every negative review with the same message. You make millions on us - at least take the time to take ownership of things gone wrong and show responsibility.

I’ve had the usual issues with Purolator as a service but the employees at this location are the rudest I have ever encountered. I called to confirm my package was still available for pick-up as I’d been out of town for a few days, and both the original person I spoke to and the person (I assume the supervisor) they passed me off to spoke to me like I was both an idiot and inconvenience for calling with this very simple question.

Worst customer service, One of the lady staff doesn’t know how to talk to or deal with customers nicely, she behave and talk like she only knows everything and others are idiots. I know she is not bothered about the business of Purolator. Not a customer friendly office.

I've had multiple packages dumped on my stairs without anyone even ringing my door bell. I called the Saskatoon office today at 11: 43am and was told it's company policy because "they save a lot of time that way". Is this true?

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, and now won't be delivered till supposedly Monday. All because they didn't get my package to the depot in time today. And I got told that it's out of their hands because apparently it takes 2 guys to deliver a 98lb package. Thanks for nothing, scumbag shipping service.

Put 1 star only because 0 isn;t possible. Its currently Friday at 228pm. I have been trying to reach them by phone all day, and straight for the last half hour. Have called at least 10 times. It has rang and rang and rang until I'm disconnected. WORST customer service. They don't even bother to pick up the phone or have an answering machine or automated message to explain why no one is picking up! No one wants to drive all the way out when they could call. ANSWER YOUR PHONE!

I don't know why people complaining soo much. I'm ordering staff over amazon all the time and every time when Purolator is delivering my package is here couple days before I ordered something and they said it will be here on Thursday it comes on Monday. You guys are the best.

Their hours are insanely inconvenient. As a person who works Monday to Friday, having the facility closed past 6 PM makes planning for pick up a large headache. I'm surprised no one in their organization has foreseen this as an issue for their customers to pick up their merchandise.

I am giving 1 star because here is not option for 0 star The experience is so bad the delivery driver is not so kindly or helpful and driver is not wait for my package picking up he is showing me that he is so busy after that I went to purolater office there office lady was soooooooooo rude with me she didn’t listen my complaint and she told me like no complaints here and she left me alone at the counter that feel so disgusting. Today I did 4 time reschedule to picking up my package but nobody show up I wait for picking up my package from morning 8 to 2.30 pm but no buddy show when I cold to customer service centre that lady told me maybe delivery driver don’t have time for pick up package I didn’t aspect that answer from here
The purolater courier service is the very bad service in Saskatoon I want recommend to the people don’t go with purolater

My friend and i pre-order the same thing-Pokemon let's go. Our packages arrived Saskatoon at the same time, and he got it delivered at 10: 38, which means Purolator was working on delivery today. And all I've got is a weather delay. There wasn't snow on the road or heavy wind in the afternoon, so what is the reason for the weather delay? It says that estimated delivery time is on Monday, but i paid 10+ for an express delivery! I could get it on Monday even with free delivery! They won't even let me pick up the package at the store. So sad. Nice job, Puro-later
