Purolator

Perpetually pretend they have attempted to deliver my packages. I work from home. I am always in the house whenever they say they have attempted delivery. Doesn't matter if I arrange for redelivery, they still don't deliver. This has been happening on and off for 8 years. I don't live in a remote area.

Poor customer service. Drivers don't bother to actually check the address and try to repeatedly deliver to across the street. I live 2 hours from the closest pick up point and the store I ordered from. I just want my package to be actually delivered.

It was a seamless process. I did not spend 1 minute. It was an automated process. Good job

My package was about to deliver they came and just left paper that we were here instead they should call or deliver package in mail box. Now they are saying that your package is ready for pickup. Why are they not delivering?

I have a phone number on the door for them to call and they posted a “Sorry we missed you” right beside it…. Now it’s very difficult to get through to them so I don’t lose the shipment and they send it back. Plus I live an hour and 45 minutes away brutal.

Hate this place.phoned 3 times.to a national call centre instead of local office to arrange a hold on pick up rather than delivery.what a total run around.lucky for me there was no damage this time around.would not recommend this company

I think Purolator is fine.
Their obviously disabled driver could not find his way through the massive 4 inches of snow.
He refused to drop off my parcel.
Two days later he dropped it off, citing that the driveway was now cleared.nope.same amount of snow.

I’ll like given them O star if I can. It’s very bad shipping services! I got the printer from Best Buy, choice delivery but when I spend all day for waited, then the driver text me a message said let me go them office to pickup. If I can pickup I’ll go Best Buy order in same day, why need go your office to pickup? Then I made phone calls, still got a few emails let me go to pickup. I’m tired for them! Will never ever work with them again!

A package out for delivery last week was marked "weather delay" by the driver and returned to the depot on Thursday. It then happened again on Friday so I called Purolator and requested it be held for pickup. The call center agent told me it would be available at the Ave C location for pickup Saturday. It was not.

The desk agent at the depot told me the package was still on the truck and that even if it wasn't it would have been held at Preston (I had driven across the city to get to Ave C.) She said she would mark it for hold at Preston today. As of 8: 30AM it is "On vehicle for delivery. "

Two requests for pickup: neither honoured.

Here's hoping the driver doesn't mark a weather delay again today which is why I wanted to pick it up.

EDIT: apparently the driver noticed mid-route I wanted to pick up and marked the package as "ready for pickup" even though it's still on the bloody truck. So not only will it not be attempted today but it's not actually ready for pick up until tomorrow.
