I have to go into the Purolator depot on hodsman in Regina every 3 weeks to pick up a package in person. I have been dealing with a young lady named "Gurjeet" she is most pleasant and recognizes me
Every time I go in she is such a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to dealing with her all the time. She should be commended for her service. Thank you Gurjeet

Worst experience ever. I ordered from Amazon and it was supposed to delivered by purolator but it never got delivered. They only tried once and keep saying on Amazon app that they tried multiple times and most importantly they returned my package to carrier. In addition to it, the lady who deal with me was worst customer service representative I ever met. She was so unprofessional, rude and told me it’s not her fault. Lastly, you guys should improve your services and trained your employees well/ customer service.

This courier company has a very interesting business model. For every shipment I received so far via them (unfortunately) over the past 10 years, the tracking on the site said, "attempted delivery, receiver unavailable, package ready for pick up at. ". There was no email, no phone, and no notice of attempted delivery in the mailbox ;-) Worthy of the lowest rating, 1 is available here, rated generously.

Well I've been getting packages for over 20 years.they were superb before, went downhill for a while but they're getting back on track! They may have changed things up for how many attempts they try and how they deliver now.so i only got one notice that i missed a package while i was home and had to drive down to Purolator to retrieve it.but the service while i was there was incredibly fast and efficient!

Absolutely terrible service. I scheduled a pickup for tuesday for my package but no one showed up. It was important package and I needed to send it as soon as possible but when I called on wednesday I was told that driver said I wasn't home which was an absolute lie as I had an off on tuesday and I was home all day waiting for the pickup. In the end I had to go myself to the purolator office and hand in my package, inspite of paying for the pickup. Unless I have no other options I would never use purolator again. Worst service ever.

Terrible service. When you get a good driver it is awesome. Then you get guys who don't stop, say can't make it to the door, incorrect address, list goes on and on. I am disabled and need to have someone grab the stuff for me. Especially when they load it up against door and I can even open the door then. At least they haven't left the stuff at the edge of property anymore. Where are their standards? Forgot to add they never knock. If you catch them outside won't even say Hi back.

I was notified my package would arrive on Friday (when I would be home). They came on Thursday (when I am working) and now I have to make time to go pick it up. I could not get a hold of anyone on the phone either.

Experienced Racism at Purolator.shipment was supposed to be delivered on 8th Dec, Once I reached home saw note from Purolator sorry we missed you, Well if my delivery is supposed to be on 8 Dec why the hell did you tried on 7th Dec and saying we are sorry, on above if you are why dont you inform the customer, call them or email if they will be available. Its a BDay gift and not been able to give them on time. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Onve again they 2nd time they failed to deliver, I myself with my daughter went to pick my courier. I have to say that one of the counter staff was not only misbehaved she also passed RACIST comments. I did a complaint on their customer service number and they gave me that they will make sure that this should not happen to anyone, however I am not sure on this. But She was so rude that when my daughter just told her that I also work in customer service and this is not the way I would handle customers, in response she in a very loud and rude way said please leave.

I ordered package from online,
It was supposed to be delivered at my home,
I was at my home all day,
And I saw note at my mail box that I need to pick up from them which is more then 5km away,
Basically from east to north,
No one even knocked my door to confirm

I've had some trouble with Purolator before but recently I've felt a lot better about their service! They even called me when I forgot to go pick up a missed delivery. I don't have a vehicle so it's tough to get there but the gal on the phone was friendly and helpful, rearranged a new delivery date and the driver will even call me. Can't ask for better than that!

I feel like I was disrespected due to being Indigenous. I missed my package as I was in classes as a business student. Two ladies non status would not accept my photo ID because it’s a Status ID. It didn’t contain my address so I brought a piece of mail but they still would not allow me to retrieve my package. Your company shouldn’t discriminate against First Nations people. There are many First Nations people who are really good people. We do not deserve this type of treatment.

Worst experience ever I was on the line for Over an hour trying customer service and I was home and next got an email saying attempted delivery I wasn’t home customer service finally picked told him what’s going on he said I should have provided the access code to my apartment so it would be delivered I have literally had packages from Canada post and more and they never do this only purolator

Came here to ship a small item and it came out to $96. I nearly laughed out loud. Needless to say I left and went to another major shipper instead. Only cost $36. Needless to say, it was a bit silly.

Such poor service and customer support. The virtual assistant purposefully messes up everything with no help whatsoever. Package just keep getting delayed for days with no estimated delivery date or ways to track. Even when you talk to an agent, they are rude and and of no help.

My package was deivered without someone signing for it. It was a very important document and
was just left in the mailbox. Good thing I was looking out the window because I was expecting it to arrive that day that's why I saw the guy come and left it there.

Bought a $300 soundbar from Bestbuy (Feb. 7). Waited all day for the delivery person to arrive today (Feb. 9). Ended up, the driver just dropped off pickup slip and didn’t rang the bell. This always happen at my place. Soundbar is not even heavy. SMH. This delivery person is hated from my place.

Update: Package was not broken, lady at the office was kind and friendly & delivey person been doing a fine job recently

Horrible experience with this delivery service. They have made no attempt to deliver my last 3 packages. I wish I did not have to have them deliver my packages. Horrible delivery service with horrible drivers who can't be bothered to do their job correctly. If I could give a lower rating I would. They should be paying for the express shipping I have to pay for packages that I want delivered within the next day or two days. And for making me wait 3-6 days to pick up a package I paid express delivery on.

Update: one again Purolator has failed to deliver a package instead giving a slip. Does Purolator even deliver packages or are they simply somewhere you go to pick up your packages? Ridiculous and pathetic. Do not become a "delivery" driver if you aren't going to deliver.

Update 2: Purolator damaged one of my brand one university books on top of not delivering the package

Purolator delivery guy walks across lawn, can't or won't use the sidewalk, that is right next to it.
Is that the purolators practice? Too lazy to walk on sidewalk, instead tramp down people's lawns.

Sent a package by express.paid the extra money so it shows up on time.so when i called why it hadnt shown up on time they tell me that because of the pandemic it will now be a day late.sounds like a company using the pandemic to make money.they could have told me that instead of charging me extra to have it there on time.one star rating would be a bit much

This is now the second time I am having to drive an hour and a half each way to pick up packages from this location. I live in a town between Fort Qu'Appelle and Melville. I have a SNR sticker ON MY FENCE and I WAS HOME, I watched the Purolator truck drive down the wrong (clearing marked) Street. My phone number is on all the orders and after the last time this happened I exaggeratedly wrote in BIG numbers my address in several places along my fence.

The girls in the office are generally wonderful, but the drivers think I should have a 3 hour drive because they didn't want to bother stopping.

Delivery driver won't bother even buzzing your apartment or building or knocking. Guess the package was too heavy for him at 40lbs. No note left and no indication on the online tracking. Such a joke.

AND AGAIN 3 years later glad to see NOTHING has changed. Avoid Regina purolator there are better companies out there.

2 attempted deliveries. Nobody home, they say. Today's attempted delivery, they say no
one was home, but yet someone was home. Nobody ring or buzz the apt.
Get them to redirect, they say no such address. Worst courier for residential deliveries.

If i could give 0 stars it would happen. As a regina business owner I find it disgusting the customer service that this company provides. Delivery notices at houses with people home? Is it really that hard to knock? We do have a door bell that works as well. Im not the 1st to complain by the looks of it. DO NOT SUPPORT REGINA PUROLATOR.

This is the worst delivery company in North America, sometimes the drivers don't even attempt to deliver the package, but they mark " delivery attempted ". And when I called to customer service, they yelled on me, blaming me that buzzer doesn't work. Stay away from Purolator if you can.

I signed up for my small business being told I would receive a 40% percent discount for the first few months. I never got any discount and I was shocked to find out the price was more than double of what I paid from other couriers. When I called customer service they were no help at all. Now all they care about is getting paid for what they overcharged me.

This is the worst level of service that I have ever experienced from a courier. I witnessed their worker leaving a parcel on my doorstep without waiting so much as a few seconds to see if anyone was home. In stark comparison, I've received packages from Canada Post, and they've waited for me to answer the door to receive the parcel in-hand. After reviewing all of the negative comments about this agency, it is understandable how they've gained such a poor reputation.

I won't even give one star but for the review I had to I order some stuff and they send it by purolator after waiting for few day I checked my parcle tracker which stated it was delivered to my place but I didnt received any package after calling I was told over and over that if the package didn't needed any signatures the driver will leave it at the door then I find out the package was stolen and they told me to call the company regarding the issue I dont understand is why in first place leave the package at front door if the person was not home it mean he or she could be at work take the package with you and leave a note but after reading the reviews I understand now this company dont care about the people I think Canada post is better then them atleast they leave the note and is save they need manner in explaining when it comes to lost packages what if the driver took it and say he delivered it so that mean they Christmas every day cause the package those not need signature well hope everyone will boycott with them so they are out of businesses if you cant run a business better close it everyone did Sears, bestbuy etc.

Very messed up systems. Their delivery truck sat outside my house today for 5 minutes but the driver never approached the house with my delivery. Then I watched as he drove away. I immediately called Purolator support and they sent a page to the driver telling him to turn back. Half hour later I got an email saying they failed to deliver because I wasn't home! Three more calls to support and still no one knows what has happened to my package.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Never ever use the Regina Purolator depot. They say they deliver the goods when they don't. And then when you phone to find out where your package is, you get the runaround. Never ever ever use this company.

No one seems to know where a package is and when you can pick it up. Sure shipping speed is good, but if you're not home to sign for a package they give you the run around while you try to pick it up at the depot. Never had a good experience with them and I don't think I ever will.

Wayfair said my cat tree would be here today but puralators website said different I took a look at the reviews and seeing how there is nothing positive I figured I’d call and goes to show they lost my package in transit. Plain and simple just shut the place down over all does everyone a favour.

Pretty sure they didnt attempt the delivery at my place there was no note from purolator saying they missed me and I got no contact from them until I called them about my package after Amazon altered me they missed the delivery. Because I didnt get a pick up form I was not able to set up a better way to make sure my packages get delivered. Other damning piece of evidance was i was at home waiting for the delivery when they said they made it. It's pretty poor.
