Had my iphone 13 promax and ipad 12.9 fixed here. Both had broken screens and some stuff on the side that needs fixing. They were able to fix both. Very accommodating, friendly and professional. Pricing is reasonable too. Thanks a lot!

UPDATE
Much to my dismay, under a prearranged agreement I returned the phone for replacement of the battery, for the second time, following the first replacement, and no change in the battery performance.
Upon returning for replacement, I was insulted by your staffs advisement, that it was normal for the battery to last 30 minutes, and for it to overheat, and charge from zero, to 100% in 30 minutes, without using a fast charger.
I am completely, at a loss of understanding, as to why you choose to treat your customers as ignorant, and choose rather to defraud them of their money, by not performing the repairs, as charged and paid for.
I have based upon your refusal to honor your obligations, advise and hereby demand reimbursement of the fee paid, in full immediately.
Your representative did say, after I expressed my disappointment, by swearing at him, then offer to fix the phone. However, I have no confidence in further dealings, do to the totality, of all my dealings, of which has always left me, paying for services that were paid for that were either not performed, or performed to less that an industry standard. I have had to redo repairs myself, that I paid you for, that did not last the first attempt at using. Only to be refused a proper repair, and having to fix myself and not having any problems since I repaired the work, I paid for you to perform.
I have an obligation to advise my followers, of my experience, and to govern accordingly.

FYI- The facts are, I to this point have been forgiving of the deficiencies, until I was insulted today, by your reps claim made on the battery.
To the effect that I once the repair was performed, I was going to purchase a phone from you. I can say, I know longer believe in Qtec's ability, or credibility. I stand behind my first report, made on your business, advising customers to beware, Qtec is only interested in serving themselves, by taking advantage of the customers, seeking assistance with their phone needs.

The best phone repair place ever! The workers are so kind and are very friendly! Fixed my screen for me in a hour! And even delivered my phone for me? When I wasn’t able to pick it up! So kind! Thank you! My go to place for any phone repairs now!

Took my phone in to see if it could be resurrected from death.service was top notch, polite, and communication was excellent. I was in no hurry so I was pleasantly surprised at the fact it was done, fixed and working like new later the same day. The cost was less than I expected and service was top notch. Absolutely terrible. Makes me pay before the work is done. Then the clerk wouldnt accept any of my payment methods. So I came back with cash. And still wouldnt accept it. So dont really know how to pay them? Ended up walking out to go elsewhere.

I replaced my iPhone screen. The gentleman i dealt with was friendly and helpful. Phone looks and works good. No complaints. I would use them again in the future.

After call at least 12 other cellphone repair shops, Q-Tech was the least expensive and one of the few who could repair my Huawei p30. They were fast and professional and I won't be taking my devices anywhere else for repair. Great work.
