Online shows 10 or more cars available to buy new, called they said not available and salesman was so rude told me to buy from local dealership instead of buying from them

Communication: quick responses but lacking
When I asked for a carfax they said they don't have one. In my 20 years of car buying it's the first time a dealership would not provide a Carfax. So, I had to pay for one out of pocket. When I read the Carfax I understood why they didn't want to provide one. When questioned further on the history of the vehicle I was ghosted by the dealership. Never had this experience before from a Toyota dealership.

Everyone at Toyota is so friendly and helpful. The sales staff, maintenance and service! Love my Toyota Rav and Tacoma! Highly Recommend

Almost two months later my tires shredded, Darcy and the guys in service went out of their way to stand buy their product they sell and got me four brand new tires and made sure I was safe on the road again. The guys at rainbow make sure your safe on the road and defiantly stand by their word.

Did not meet expectations. Staff is nice but the company standards are not. They don't give you what they promise.

The best dealership ever, full transparency no hidden charges at all, I just bought my 2023 corolla from here and special thanks to Jovie, she is the best, she will give u the accurate and the best advise. Must visit and have your new car from there.

I purchased a vehicle from Brenda. She was awesome! So helpful, quick to research, and responded quickly to my questions. When I picked up my vehicle, she gave me a full tour of the dashboard and explained all the features that I wasn't familiar with. Great job Brenda! It's friendly, but expensive, and the service isn't perfect (according to what I observed nearby).

Two years ago I got a new airbag under recall and a few other small transactions for my 12 year old Matrix.

No surprises yet.
